The personnel at this location were not merely awful, they were godawful. I waited so long and they were so rude that I cannot recommend this location to anyone needing glasses. Nobody helped me when I walked in, and after I found somebody I had to wait much longer for them to help me. They gave me a very dishonest window for how long my lenses would take. I ended up waiting twice as long as the maximum wait time they gave me and they did not even acknowledge it (all while wearing their "glasses in about an hour" buttons). When my glasses were ready, the prescription was wrong. I am taking them somewhere else to either be fixed or reverted to my old prescription, because I just cant waste an entire afternoon again.

Wow, I have to agree with everyone above. The doctor was fine, she was not anything spectacular and I think she actually may have gotten my Rx wrong. (my eyes improved nearly 2 points? Odd) And hence, I am seeing blurry with these "try on" crappy contacts that rip every time I open the package. Anyways, its been over two weeks now..no phone call, nothing. I guess I will be doing my own investigative work on my eye glasses and contacts now. But I have to say the front desk people were very nice and the one woman who helped with my eye glasses was very pleasant. She did not try and over sell me a crazy pair of eye glasses. However, they are not cheap! So do not expect to go there and spend 50$.

The absolutely rudest people ever. I called just to get a price on some contact lenses. Im transferred TWICE, First its the automated responder then Rebecca says I need to talk to the doctor, she transfers me over there and then the doctor says she doesnt have contact lenses and scoffs at me and hangs up. I have some pretty harsh words to say about this particular LensCrafters, it was easy for me to get an answer from the local-area PearleVision, Sams Club, Target, and CostCo. Obviously customer service is not in their vocabulary. Stay away from here, seriously.

The eye doctor is the rudest ever..... we waited forever to get the eyes tested and the doctor was rude while testing, she gave me a trial pair which did not suit me so she told me to wait some time.. after some time it didnt work so i went back and the doctor would not talk to me... i waited more than two hours before the receptionist( who was very nice) felt bad and went inside to look for another trial pair and then she informed me that they dont have any more of trail pair....whaaaaatt.... r u serious?? the doctor did not care...stay away from this place.

Its a LensCrafters. Do you really need more information? Location is in the quieter downstairs area of the mall, I found the service nice and pleasant, the doctor adjacent to the location is great. Not really sure how much better or worse a LensCrafters can be - if this is the closet location to you its perfect. At least that was my experience working nearby for several years.

Even though this is a chain, I must say the people that work here are awesome. Gully is great--but so was everyone else. I wish I remembered all their names. They are really patient and will help you pick out the best frames, even asking their co-workers to weigh in.

I went there to check out frames on display and the four women working there were talking and laughing LOUD the entire 15 minutes of being there. The funny thing is they never even acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help while they kept talking about Jamaica.

The doctor was very nice and the exam was thorough, but beware of hidden fees. Not all tests are included in the quoted exam price. The retina test, for example, is not included, and this is not disclosed.
