I had the worst experience with Dr. Kaufman. I recommend that no one uses him as their dentist. As he was fixing my crown he berated and belittled me because I was nervous and cried (not audibly). He displayed no understanding, no compassion, and no friendliness whatsoever. I finally had to tell him to quit lecturing me and get my tooth fixed. When he was finished, he continued to belittle me until I left the office. He just would not stop. I have never experienced anything so horrible from a dentist before. If he had read my chart he would have known that I always use nitrous oxide when having any procedure other than a cleaning performed. I was so shaken up by his bullying and condescending behavior that I couldnt verbalize it to him. After fixing my crown, he would not clean my teeth because I refused the xrays because Im pregnant. My visit with Dr. Kaufman was humiliating, scary, and unprofessional. Find yourself a dentist who actually uses your name and reads your chart before working in your mouth.

I took my children there for there annual cleaning and check up. After my first child was finished I cancelled the appointments for the others, and filed a complaint with the insurance company. He did the bare minimum, has no personality, didnt even clean their teeth, took x-rays and the assistant literally brushed their teeth and the appointment was over. there was no exam and the front desk personnel are rude.

The x - ray machine is so old, it doesnt show if anything is wrong. Waist of money. If you go there, ask to look at the pictures. All you see is two white rows of teeth. If you need a referral, its good enough. Yes, the front end can be a little snippy!

Find someone else!!!!! He looked in my sons mouth:explored for 1 minute:said everything looked good and billed for full exam and cleaning.

Dr. Kaufman is a great dentist. Hes personable and he does right my his patients.
