Dr. Nick Gardner is one of those dentists patients always wish they had found out about years ago. Patients in the Adirondack region are fortunate that he chose to focus his talents and energy exclusively for their benefit. The skills and passion he has for doing dentistry well means that you always have the latest options available to you and your dentistry will look good, work great, and last for many years to come. Treatment is virtually painless because he’s stayed at the forefront of adopting the latest approaches. While these techniques that make everyday dentistry painless are available to all dentists, few (okay almost none) actually go to the lengths he has to make painless your patient reality. Beyond his own personal skills and abilities, he’s spent considerable time putting a caring and gentle team around him. If your dental practice experience doesn’t sound like this, then you deserve better. Give Dr. Gardner and his team a call; you’ll be glad you did.

I want to give a huge shout out to Dr Nicholas Gardener and his amazing staff! Went last Tuesday for a cleaning and X-rays. I have such anxiety about the dentist but after a few years of going to him I no longer have such anxiety. Excellent patient care and wonderful dental hygienists! I love you Jelisa Hartle! Also, I have a severe teeth clenching problem. Doc took the time to really figure out what was going on and I now have a custom made splint I wear every night and no more headaches, jaw pain, or face pain! It has even stopped my horrible snoring. I swear by it and he checks it from time to time to make sure the fit is right. All included with the cost of the splint (which is something like the Invisalign braces on bottom teeth) for as many times as I need to go back for adjustments. Well worth the $$. Outstanding doctor and staff! Highly recommended! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Gardner takes care of my entire familys smile care needs. From cleanings, cavity fillings, crowns and yes even braces for my teenagers. I am always impressed with the level of service being so good combined in a relaxed office environment. I was recommended to Dr. Gardner through co-workers when I moved to the area years ago, and I would not choose another dentistry practice. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable, yet proficient- I am never in the waiting room long. About a year ago I started having jaw pain from grinding my teeth. Dr. Gardner talked me through several options, and then modified my current retainer to double as a mouth guard. I havent had any recurring pain since. I would highly recommend him and his staff!

If you are a patient that cares about getting the best care, Dr. Nick invests a ton of resources back into the practice to make sure his patients get the highest care. I work for many dentists, but not many who embrace Dental Technology the way this doctor does.

Have had two crowns put in by Dr. Gardner, both for teeth that broke off. In both cases, Dr. Gardner made me feel very comfortable with the procedures, he is gentle and meticulous. Both crowns have been problem free. I have also had cleanings done at Dr. Gardners office, and his Dental Hygienists are professional and efficient, and my appointments were on time.
