This whole business is a scam!! They are dishonest, disrespectful and has no business ethics whatsoever!! I went there in January to have dentures made for me and it was not properly done. They had be travelling back and forth to have it adjusted, the adjustments didnt work. They decided to remake it and it still did not work out. The dentures were not propery made according to the impression that was taken. Mark you, I am a 76 year old woman that walks with a cane. It is somewhat difficult for me to do all that travelling especially since I had to use public transportation. On one occasion when I went to have it adjusted, the technician was very rude to me as if he was disgusted with me. I could not careless if he was disgusted because i am paying for the services. I needed the dentures to fit properly so I could chew my food and not have it cut my tongue. I ended up asking them to reimburse my insurance company for the denture and I returned it to them. When I called to confirm that the insurance company was reimbursed, Dr. Guerrino spoke with me and said I will look about it and hung up the phone on me without making mention that he is ending the call. I called back the office and the office was conveniently closed to avoid my call ( no one answered the phone I guess they saw the information on the caller ID). This is very sloppy behavior.. How can a owner of a business hang up on patients that is needed for the survival of the business? He as well as all his staff are very disrespectful. They should not be in business. My daughter had a similar experience with them and we both decide not to continue to visit them for dental needs. Be aware.

Going to Guerrino Dentistry is a pleasure rather than an experience one dreads. The staff is extremely welcoming, positive, and helpful, while at the same time professional to the max. My hygienist, Victoria, absolutely knows what she is doing and inspires confidence. The doctors consult with me every step of the way. They explain the best options regarding what work is necessary and what might be of concern in the future. Work is scheduled at my convenience, which in our busy lives, makes a big difference. In addition, I have read a lot about how important dental hygiene is regarding our general health. This is emphasized at Guerrino Dentistry. I give this dental practice a five star review and will recommend Guerrino Dentistry to my family, friends and associates.

The staff at Guerrino Dentistry (Hartsdale) have always been extremely professional and pleasant. Michelle and Jose as well as the business manager Markes have been a great help through the financial process they are delightful and Yolanda always has a smile and great conversation. Dr. Ahmad is very pleasant and professional. I was just there with her yesterday for 3 hours (its Mojica btw :)! but for the impeccable work she does it is time well spent! Thank you Dr. Ahmad and all of the Guerrino Dental office staff :)

After not having been to the dentist for a number of years I could not have asked for a better welcome back experience than I received at Guerrino Dentistry in Scarsdale. From the hygienist through the dentist and finally dealing with billing was all as smooth of a process as one could ask for and no effort was left spared in giving me the best possible outcome all around. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dental experience to check out Guerrino Dentistry for a top to bottom great experience.

I went there X-rays taken and consult with dentist on what I needed done the hygienist wasnt there so I made appt for a week later. Get a call shes not in today emergency what only one hygienist on site. Oh yeah fill out credit application for work I needed done . Now after all this Ill be seeing another dentist oh yeah X-rays cost $605 really. Check out these Dentist first then ask Questions .

I want to say I loved the office is Hartsdale. All the staff was extremely polite and friendly which made me feel at ease because I had dentist phobia. The hygienist Victoria was great I had to do a deep cleaning which was not bad at all. She made me feel completely comfortable. My daughter also got her braces done there and her teeth looks beautiful. Great experience all around.

DONT GO HERE....THE WHOLE OFFICE IS INCOMPETENT....NOONE RETURNS CALLS WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU & EVEN THO THE SURGEON IS ONLY IN ONCE A MONTH AT THIS OFFICE NOONE EVER KNOWS HIS SCHEDULE OR THEY LIE ABOUT IT THEN CALL YOU THE DAY BEFORE YOU HAVE AN APPT W/ THEM TO SAY HES NOT GOING TO BE IN. Place has change much over the years. All new staff. Including dentists. Money making Hard Sell place. Picked up a certain negative vibe. Slanted a certain kind of way. Front office is a disaster . I walked out and Im gone. Bye bye now guerrino Dentistry.
