AWFUL EXPERIENCE! ACHIEVE PHYSICAL THERAPY IS WAY OVERCROWDED/OVER BOOKED, THERE IS A LONG WAIT TO GET TREATMENT, MINIMAL EQUIPMENT, NOT ENOUGH STAFF AND I CAN CONTINUE, BUT WILL MENTION THE WORST PART. THE WOMAN THAT USED TO TAKE CARE OF THE PHONE CALLS AND PAPERWORK LEFT AS DID THE PTS ASSISTANTS AS THEY WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR JOBS, SO THEY HAVE ONE GIRL TAKING CARE OF THE FRONT AND ASSISTING PATIENTS, BUT SHE DOES NOT RESPOND WHEN YOU CALL OUT TO HER FOR HELP AS SHE IS BUSY IN THE FRONT AND I WAS BURNED BY HOT PACKS WAITING FOR HELP, SEVERAL TIMES! THERE ARE OTHER ISSUES, BUT I HAVE SAID ENOUGH HERE. THE FEMALE THERAPIST IS AWESOME AND I WOULD DEFINITELY WORK WITH HER IF SHE WAS WORKING IN A DIFFERENT OFFICE, BUT IN THIS OFFICE, SHE IS WAY OVER BOOKED AND HAS TO RUSH AROUND NOT ABLE TO GIVE PATIENTS THE PROPER TIME AND CARE AS I KNOW IN MY HEART THAT SHE WOULD LIKE TO. I WILL MISS HER!

I was referred here by doctor and am very happy I took his advice. Brand new facility and the 2 therapists I worked with were great and very experienced. I had 2 epidurals in my back earlier in the year and I just cancelled my 3rd. Feeling much better. 5 stars all around for these guys
