The office staff, hygienists and Dr. Josen are wonderful. We choose to go to them, even though they are out of network for us, because our kids have had such a positive experience and get excited when they are going to see "Dr J!" He has such a wonderful way with the kids as well as with the parents. I am grateful that my kids do not fear going to the dentist. We also use the orthodontist that works in the office and both groups work well together. We can schedule our cleaning on the same day as the ortho visit in order to have the bands and wires removed to make it easier for the hygienists to clean. Top notch practice!

Melanie Siegel-Brown (your dental hygienist) has done something for me I didnt think possible. In January, Melanie explained in-detail about proper dental care & I listened! 3 months have gone by, I see improvement & most importantly appreciate Melanies continued coaching. Melanie explained this is a process which takes time & patience. Her support & encouragement is truly making ALL the difference for me to continue good care. Mid Island Dental is the best! Dr. Dallal, Dr. Morheim, and their staff are amazing. Ive been a patient there for 4 years and from orthodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry to cleanings and checkups they have transformed my smile into one I had only dreamed about! They work together seamlessly to provide care in every aspect of dental work. They always work with my schedule and are very accommodating. These guys are truly the best at what they do. I recommend them with highest regards!

It was my first time here, and I loved my experience! Mel (Melanie Siegel-Brown) was just amazing- so nice, thorough, professional and skilled. Dr. Tyrangel was also very professional. They use state of the art technology for x-rays, cancer screens and pictures. I was seriously impressed. The entire office is so warm and friendly. My kids have been going here for several years, and now I will as well. Ive told my husband to start coming here and to request Mel, too!

Melanie is so patient and thorough. Im an anxious patient and she makes visits as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. Dr Tyrangel is fantastic also! Ive been to many dentists over the years but once I found this practice I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive been a patient for three years and wont be changing ever! Really great staff and the front desk staff are efficient and courteous. Appointments are always on time!

I never thought I would say I love going to the dentist. But that was before I met Dr. Tyrangel and his amazing staff. What a wonderful place to go to for the care of your teeth. I just had four crowns replaced and I am soooo happy with the results. And Im not easy to please. Anyway, if you want to have great teeth and be taken care by amazing people, this is where you should go.

I would not recommend these unprofessional people to anyone. While calling for appointment they lied to me that they take my insurance. After a cleaning and checkup and done for my 2 children they gave me a balance of $ 230. This is when the clerk upfront is telling me that they are out of network with my insurance. Its pathetic that they had to lie to get my buisness!

I have been going to hicksville location for 21 years. My kids been going here close to 9 years. Melanie brown is the most patient hygienist I have ever had in my 50 year life. The only dentist I use is dr t. Aka tyrengel. He is also patient and gentle. His work is first class. If you ever looking for a great pair visit these two people

Dr. C.B. Hochman (Dr. Bozzi) and her staff are terrific . Dr. Bozzi saved me approx. $2800 by avoiding a root canal my old dentists insisted I needed , (pays to get a second opinion) . And since going to Great Neck & Mid Island Dental all my dental bills have been lower , and the work done (now just cleanings) much better .
