My grandma uses their service, and their home aides come whenever they want, sits there playing on their phones rather than helping my grandma with chores and doing their required duties. When my grandma asks for their help, they just talk back and then snitches to the administrator/manager that discharges them, and the administrator calls my grandma to scold her. The point of home care service is to accomodate the needs of the patients/elderly. Not only does this establishment fails to provide the aid and services needed by their patients, on top of that, they want the reverse, for the patient to accomodate the working schedule that their aides most desires.

I used to work here... After having some personal family issues with my son and giving them a heads up 4hrs before my shift started... I was put on probation..... Then they gave me a facesty bedridden patient. I asked for a change... Never got it the change.... After I spoke to my coordinator and telling her I am resigning... I get a call 3weeks later from the agency saying Im fired. How SHEBADA HOWWWWW ??? They dont respect their employee and try to slave them.... This experience here caused me not to even go further as an HHA !! JUST HORRIBLE !

man if I can put a zero I would, I used to work here and everyone I mean everyone is rude and nasty. I was talking to a worker and some other worker jumped into our conversation saying "she only asked you a question" I didnt say nuthing back because I was trying to get my check, but if I wasnt she would of got checked, they logo say two different things, they should just go out of business, really

These people are terrible. They do not pick up the phone. They keep you on hold in a loop that says there is one call a head of you and then the phone call drops. There is no way to speak to a real person or to leave a voicemail. I am starting to look for a new agency for my mother. These people are unreliable and provide terrible service.

Working about 2 years, on beginning for a couple of month was OK, and then HORRIBLE service, once I waited on the phone for 2 hours and 15 min and a few times they just disconnected and I also called for 24 hours service start @8:00 pm and finally @ 9:28 pm someone pick up the phone and she were so rude. I do not recommend this agency.

Currently employed, .Honestly personal touch is a good agency ,however I feel that their is some needed room for improvement and growth with some of the staff none the less ,good agency iam happy with them.
