Went to the lake grove location as a follow up to my wifes ear infection, which they diagnosed a week earlier. The prescribed medicine did not work so went back to get checked again. Showed up at 5:01pm when closing was 5:00pm. All the workers were inside but doors were locked. Knocked on door and workers looked up but ignored us and laughed. After knocking for a minute, someone finally answered door. I asked if wife could be seen quickly but rude woman said no. I asked where was her customer service when I was only a minute late. Rudely she said shed couldnt help me. I know I was a minute past closing time but good customer service should have prevailed. They lost me as a customer forever. Sad thing is that we had been going there for the past few months and now we will find another place to give our business.

I highly recommend this place. This is not your typical urgent care clinic. This place is clean, big, and has a full staff. I was in and out within 45 mins and there was 6 people ahead of me. Not the typical urgent care experience where theres 6 people ahead of you but it takes 3 hours to be seen. Great experience and very nice doctors who helped me and then some. I will be coming back here for all my urgent care needs. So nice to have an urgent care center on Long Island that actually provides quick and urgent care. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Cant say enough nice things about this place. First, it is spotless! Beautifully kept and a nice feeling walking into a clean healthcare facility. Second, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. And third, the PA and Doctor were wonderful. I went in with a wrongly treated case of Strep (by my own doctor) and she immediately told me what to do, switched my meds and within hours I can finally swallow again. I was in and out within 20 minutes max. Highly satisfied.

Ive been there a few times and doctors seem knowledgable (I cant really judge since I am not a doctor). But what really set them apart from other walk-in (and even regular) doctor offices is that they are really fast and almost sterilely clean. The waiting time is typically up to five minutes, and after they take your vitals you see a doctor withinh 10 minutes. I think they are more expensive than other walk-in places, but for my time, its totally worth it.

Very nice PA and medical assistant. The bearded guy at the front desk was a total D**k along with the girl sitting next to him. Both were rude and said theyll schedule my imaging when they "get around to it" in a nasty tone. Will be going elsewhere next time. Stat-Health is always great, along with many of the hundred other walk in clinics on Long Island.

This staff as a whole is absolutely the best Ive ever encountered in a group setting! Courteous, caring, responsible and deeply welcoming....all within a clean, comfortable setting....open at night, weekends and holidays. The medical system doesnt get better than this! Im deeply grateful for their care...

Clean, friendly, updated, professional... I was hurt at work and they took saw me examined, had all paperwork on hand and even offered follow up and referrals! Doctor was friendly, but not too friendly, quick, but thorough... I have nothing but great things to say about this office.

GREAT service!! The doctor stitched up a bad cut and its healing beautifully. It was far faster than the emergency room would have been and MUCH more pleasant. Very clean, pleasant waiting room, free wifi, tv to entertain nervous kiddos (and parents!).

Ive been to the Lake Grove, NY location a number of times and I manage to see Dr. Kort every time. Shes always great with me, very attentive and thorough. The staff is ok but I did get a little attitude from one of them.
