The 5 stars are for specifically Dr. Greco. My fiancé took me for a physical to the office after being a patient there for several years. I had my blood taken, a full physical, an EKG, time to speak to Dr. Greco in regards to any concerns I was having. She listened to my heart and heard something slightly and made it a point i could not leave with out the EKG. upon doing the eKG she found an issue and I was given a cardiologist referral. I never got that care, attention, or time from any other doctors I have gone to. She was really thorough and great! She had a great disposition and bedside manner - something usually not seen in doctors. I am glad I made the switch!

Cant get through to anyone. When anyone picks up the phone, I am transferred to voice mail. I leave a message, but NO ONE gets back to me. I need my prescriptions refilled. I am almost all out of them. I told them this during my last visit. The doctor delegated it to a nurse. The nurse did nothing about it. I requested my blood and urine test results be sent to me. Ten days later, I still havent gotten them. The doctor called me on Thursday to discuss the results. I could not answer. I called back, but she was already gone. She wont be back for another week. This is ridiculous!

I dont understand WHY or HOW anyone could give Dr. Spera a bad review. He is one doctor who takes his time to chat with me. He THOROUGHLY goes over all test results. I went to him with High Blood pressure, I was over weight, He found out that I had an enlarged heart, and because of his recommendation we found out i had sleep apnea. In just two short months Dr. Spera has me feeling amazing. Ive lost weight, my blood pressure is normal and I am getting the sleep ive missed for years. THANK YOU DR. SPERA!

Dr Smith is an amazing doctor. I have been seeing him for about 12 years. He is always there for me when I need him. Whenever I leave a message for him to call me back about something, he calls me right away. When I come for a follow up, he always asks how Im doing and how I am feeling. I needed to see ENT and allergist and Dr Smith sat with me and helped me find one that takes my insurance. The staff members are really amazing. I recommend this practice.

Dr. Smith is the best physician doctor and he have been my doctor for over 8 years and he has the most patience with me when I ask him 101 questions as well Dr. Yee he took great care of me when I was involved in my car accident & broke my forearm and had 4 disc on my back and neck he made sure I was getting the proper care so my arm can heal properly best family doctor and wouldnt trade them!

Excellent practice! The doctors and physician assistants are top notch. The staff at the front are also extremely pleasant, Im always greeted with a kind, friendly smile and attitude. The staff and providers here really make you feel like your part of their family. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Keep it up Arsenio !!

They are the best team...they are efficient with appointments, scheduling and Dr. Smith is the best...he always knows what right drugs to prescribe. He takes his time to explain what the drug does.I was 30 years in medicine and Arsenio Medical is highly recommended by me.

Dr. Spera is the worst doctor in the world. He does not care about his patients and he chooses to ignore the main issues. All of the doctors in this office just want to get rid of their patients as soon as possible. NOT RECOMMENDED
