I had just moved from another city, I knew my dogs were healthy but were due vaccines, Banfield told me they had to charge me for "the exam".. I said, "ok" "actually is good they get checked" and they provided my dogs with the poorest health check exam. Honestly, it took 30 seconds for the doctor to check my dogs (each) and then he wrote they had perfect eyes, hair, etc.. He was kind of rude to me and didnt show any interest in being nice to my dogs. I guess as part of a "chain" its all about the money. Then, they told me dogs couldnt have all the vaccines at once so I had to be back the next week and then PAY again for a doctor visit, even though they were just getting one vaccine and they had been seen a week before. I ended up missing the appointment and having the remaining vaccine at LuvMypets in Petco.

Dr. Yohay is a very compassionate vet that will take good care of your pet and really listen to your concerns. He did a wonderful job with my elder dog - a special case that Dr. Yohay really treated with the utmost of compassion. We now have a young dog that is on the Banfield Wellness program which makes the first year of appointments and altering much more affordable. Thanks for everything you did for Jackie and Walker, Dr. Yohay!

Dr. Yohay has been my vet for several years now. He really cares about the animals and is thorough. All of my pets are on the Banfield Wellness plan which covers pretty much everything they need. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. Its a good deal.

There is always a wait for your pet to be checked in and out and the doctors always try to sell you extra stuff while youre in the examination room which is high priced you can get it online for so much cheaper
