Ive been here 2-or-3 times before never really had an issue. This time was much,much different. First thing Id like to say is the Drs, are pretty fair. And if it was just judgment on them, itd be 4/5 stars. So last week I had severe pain in my left ankle. I should have went to the ER story over. Well I figured I could gut it out, and wait. Wednesday night into Thursday morning I was in constant pain and had significant swelling. Ive only been in Long Island for a couple years and Lindenhurst 1. I work in Deer Park I come home. I go to bed. Theres a reason Im saying this.. I decide to drive to city MD I didnt really think about it but theres not much parking. And I cant walk to well right now. So I Park basically by Olive Garden. I limp into the office. I use the automatic check in, wait about 10-15 minutes my names called. I tell the RN my issues. Dr comes in after. Standard poke and push does this hurt. Then he decided to move my ankle forcefully to the left. That I grunted and I think said an F-Word.im 6-3 320lbs and it takes a lot to phase me but that hurt.He and the RN sort of laughed. Then he says well I need to be sure its not gout. And he did apologize. So thats fine. Now its time for x-rays. It takes me awhile I cant even take my sock off. But its fine. So the Dr comes in says I have a fracture in the X-Ray. But hes not an orthopedist. So they put a cast on me.Dr. says keep this on until you see the orthopedist. And gives me crutches. Well one of the crutches the wing nut is missing. So I dont notice it I get up to use it my hand slips. He tells me hes setting an appointment for an orthopedist and will write me a work note. And prescription. (Sorry for the long review but this is my issue for the 1 star) Suddenly some lady who Ive never seen before burts in the room. She had a Jamaican type accent. She looks at me and says wheres plainview is that near here? I respond Im not quite sure if it is or not. Her response well you live in Lindenhurst dont you?!? Im not from here! So I responded again Ive only been in ny for 2 years. And (exactly what I wrote earlier) she doesnt wait for me to finish slams the door. 5-10 minutes go by door flys open again, I got you an appointment for 11:30 are you finished here or what?!? So I guess I am,Im not sure the Dr was going to make an appointment and give me a note. No youre finished lets go, she says. I get up grab my shoe my sock and start to use the crutches and she goes No!Let me see those. As Im standing up pulls the crutches away. Changes the height. So now she gives them back Im struggling they way to short.511 So she says do you even know how to use these?!? Youre struggling, who brought you! This is in the waiting area Im near the counter. She yells hold on I guess you need a wheelchair. Then couldnt open it Im standing there waiting for whatever shes trying to do. Another lady comes over gets it open. I sit down. She pushes me forward facing the counter. So I have to lean over to use the card reader. The lady behind the counter gives me a paper. I say is this my Dr Note for work?Mystery woman says no not that paper! You need to sign it. The orthopedist will give you a note. I start to read it she goes anywhere. Then says where did you park? By Olive Garden You Did What?? Well I cant push you all the way there. Then tries to push me out the door without holding the door open just swings it open. Now shes stuck on the door Jam. And saying something under her breath tries to move the chair but didnt even push it moved it sideways. And my leg hit the door jam. So I said I can just walk. I walked in. She doesnt say anything I get up no help from her. And walk start to walk to my car, I ask is there directions to the orthopedist. She says no just use GPS. Turns around leaves. So no one made sure I made it. They didnt care. Could of watched. I go to the orthopedist in a soft cast driving. Come back go to rite aid get my prescription wait in line my turn oh city md changed it to over counter no one tell you? No??It was a awful Day

Great resource to the community. Never need to make an appointment, the front desk & staff are very efficient, the doctors are great. You can even get xrays done onsite if needed and prescriptions filled. When I went, I signed in and was seen in 5 minutes. The checkup lasted 15-20minutes tops. Completely knowledgeable, courteous, & professional. The office is clean & organized. Great resource to consider especially if you are unable to reach/book an appointment with your primary care doctor or if you dont want to deal with the hassles of the hospital/ER/waiting around to be seen.

Very quick and efficient all the doctors are very respectful and kind they ask all the right questions and make sure to answer all of my questions and even the nurse practitioners are great and at night you see the doctor in 5 minutes mornings maybe 10-15 minutes but this all depends on the day basically the waiting room is very quick and also this Place is so clean I Love It!

Very clean, quick and courteous! I dont like going to my "regular" doctor anymore, there is always at least an hour of waiting - usually more. Ive been here multiple times and each time leave glad I went there. Im quickly seen and taken care of. Highly recommend. I dont know about the other locations, I keep coming back to this one.

This facility turned my VERY sick friend away after she was FIVE DOLLARS short to cover an examination. She has a very obvious sinus infection and only really wanted to be looked at to acquire antibiotics - but no - five dollars too short of a simple fix. I am absolutely DISGUSTED.

Was in town from FL for Xmas. Daughter had ear infection. Came in, they were pretty busy but we were in and out 20 mins tops. Incredible. Nice people. Well operated facility. Even though they were really busy, the ladies up front were courteous. Very pleased with our visit.

My experience was very good. I was in and out. It was very fast and they were very welcoming. Nothing went wrong and my stay was very enjoyable. If you need a doctor quickly, be sure to go here! 5 star quality for all around-everything!

Was immediately greeted and attended to. Doctor had to give my husband stitches on his finger. She did it perfectly and set a calming atmosphere. She had a great demeanor and made us feel comfortable.
