The office staff was super nice. The doctor was impersonal, unfriendly, and had zero bedside manner. He was hard to follow. He said they would need to dislate my eyes and they it would need to be done on a day where I would not need to drive and also have the next day where I would not need to be working or reading a lot as I could have some residual effects in the morning. I assumed we would be discussing options for when I would come back to do that. He moved on to some other tests, and then before I knew it he pried my eye open and was putting these unknown drops in. He dilatad my eyes without making sure it was ok or even telling me what substance he was putting in my eyes. Then he walked out of the room mumbling something. It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctor and I will not be returning for my follow up appointment.

Very negative experience. I only went here because they are affiliated with my insurance. The salesperson did not pay attention to my questions and I had to repeat myself over and over again. They tried to up sell me on contact brands that dont come in my prescription (astigmatism) and new glasses when I only wanted lens. When I explained a 3rd or 4th time that I only wanted lens, he told me he "Didnt want to hear my attitude".

Their staff is great! Very helpful not at all pushy and they had pretty great deals. The doctor kind of treated me as a child just because I happen to be the same age as his 24 year old daughter... Was not a fan but not a deal breaker.

This is NOT a Davis visionworks, despite what the sign says. It is actually Empire. If you have Davis Vision insurance, you will not get the best deal from here.

First time I went for a an eye exam and I was amazed how good and professional was everyone, in special the beautiful Doctor who I was lucky to got check from!
