Dr. Sisselman genuinely cares about his patients and the entire office is friendly and accommodating. I have never had an issue getting an appointment (even at the last minute on a weekend). I feel that Dr. Sisselman goes above and beyond for his patients and I have been extremely happy with the level of care I have received. After a recent hospitalization, Dr. S called me twice to check-in and see how I was doing. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a more pleasant environment for their healthcare needs.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Stephen Sisselman for around 13 years now and wouldnt change a thing unless I had to move across the country. The staff is courteous and personable and puts you at ease before the arrival of the "white coat". I get to see the doctor in no longer than 20 minutes (usually 10 minutes). Hes informative and suggests the appropriate diagnostic tests to keep me healthy and avoid illness. I wouldnt change a thing about this office of friendly professionals.

Every visit has certain expectations which I have learned to really appreciate. First, a happy face from the receptionists upon entering. Second, waiting no more than few minutes to be seen as they are phenomenal at respecting my time as well as theirs. Third, the nursing staff are excellent, pleasant & straight to the point. Fourth & finally, Dr. Sisselman and fabulous P.A. are professional & dedicated making the experience as good as one could expect. Great work guys!

Doctors Sisselman are literally a lifeline for my husband and I. My husband has multiple health problems and I know that their help is a call away. Prompt attention by Dr. Jill got my husband to the hospital with her diagnosis of pneumonia which was a shock but very real. Dr. Steven quickly realized that my "cold" was severe allergies and his prescription stopped the dripping, hacking and other debilitating symptoms. A Great Team! Thanks for being there for us!

Dr. Sisselman and I go back to when he worked for Dr. David Dreizen. He was one of about five doctors in the practice. Dr. Dreizen died suddenly, and I was given to a young doctor named Stephen Sisselman. He took over, and I immediately new I was in good hands. He posses the two most important characteristics of a good doctor. That is compassion and knowledge.I look forward to continuing a long and healthy relationship with Dr. Sisselman.

Both of you were out the day of my physical. I was in in the waiting room for 45 min (15 min for paper work which I have no gripe over) You had a new PA that day who did not know how how to use your computer program and wrote every thing down on a piece of scrap paper. I was not happy! Next time I will make sure my exam is with either one of you and not a fill in.

Beautiful, clean office. Helpful, friendly staff and amazing medical staff. Dr. Stephen is my doctor and is thorough, spends as much time as you need, answers all of your questions and you could not ask for a better doctor. One of the BEST perks is you NEVER HAVE TO WAIT. The staff and doctors at Sisselman Medical Group are very attentive and helpful. I came across their practice from a friends referral and thankful that I am happy with their service. It is not always that you find a doctor that youre comfortable with. They are always on time, very pleasant and thorough.

Nothing special. They do their jobs. Doctors are a bit egotistic but what doctor isnt? If youre a local then I would go to them for your basic needs. The doctors are also rarely there, its always the physician assistant who could benefit from some bedside manner courses

Appointment was for soar throat Took throat culture Charged for 2 visits at same time. Work done was respectful. I feel that being charged for two seperate visits is excessive, even though paid for by insurance. Please explain in detail, also in layman terms why?

Terrible follow up. Lost paperwork for a physical. Did not return phone call regarding medication the needed to be filled. Overall my family has had numerous problems and will now be leaving practice. I recommend finding another doctor.
