These guys have the best customer service ever! One of the therapists Joe actually came to my house and did the evaluation and we started going in. It has been smooth sailing. Both Joe and Kristel are phenomenal and this has been one of my best customer service experiences! By the way they have the best magazines and always have the music playing so you feel very relaxed while getting treatment. Plus everyone smiles and says hi to you. It is a very pleasant environment. Note: It is a little difficult finding them because the GPS takes you to the State Farm Office and announces you have arrived. They do not have a very visible sign from Route 110 but they are in that State Farm building next to the McDonalds. They have the side entrance. Though I hope to get better soon, I will be sad to stop going there.

Of all the different physical therapy places my insurance company gave me I am very happy that I choose this one. The staff is phenomenal and knew exactly how to treat my injury. The hospital physical therapy team diagnosed my problem as almost incurable and the PT Darren was able to fix me mentally and physically. With the right attitude toward fixing my body and a wonderful atmosphere, this office was able to get me back up and around in half the projected time that I was told it would take. I have recommended my family and friends to come to their office should they need physical therapy. Absolutely the best place around and I highly recommend this office to anybody that needs a warm friendly place.

Had an excellent expierence ,very friendly staff. Everyone that I met were very helpful and patient . Joe was awesome he made me feel very comfortable he was easy to talk to.He explained everything answered my questions. He also asked if I would mind if a student intern can be in the room during my session . Even though this was my first visit. First impression says a lot. They didnt rush you out. and in my situation he was extreamly helpful.

Just went for my first visit to be evaluated. My therapist Joe was very thorough in questioning my injury, how it happened, etc. Gave me all the information I needed to continue the program at home.
