I feel fortunate to have been a patient at Enhanced PT and I am still stunned that Dr. Jacob Kurian completely healed my frozen shoulder after months of unbearable pain and now I am 100% pain free. He is not just an outstanding doctor with extraordinary skills, who knows what he is doing but does it with sincere interest and care. He was always compassionate and patient with me when I expressed my frustration of my pain and recovery. He always goes the extra mile with his patients to make them feel at ease which also make them forget easily that they are in a medical office. His only goal is to help the patient to get better. His explanations were always so thorough that I was convinced after the first day of treatment that I am in best hands. I can’t thank him enough for my complete recovery and that I got my life back. Also, thank you for his entire team! I am very grateful and appreciative for their hard work, professionality, friendliness and patience at the same time. This is a completely different office than the other two PT offices that I had visited before. It is an impressively well run office and the best place I have ever been to. Enhanced PT was an extraordinary experience, they exceeded my expectations in every way. They are more than a 5-star place; they are just simply amazing! Most knowledgeable and professional doctor in his field. Not only with myself but with other patients as well I have seen he has a personal goal to help and restores patients mobility and balance, just overall he takes it personally for all patients to improve. He is the type of doctor that will personally work with you throughout the therapies 1-on-1 , whereas my previous therapist that I had gone to a couple years ago for a different condition he would have minimal supervision on the exercises I would do, was not concerned about proper form for the exercises, did not explain what exactly the exercises were for in detail, and I could count the times the physical therapist would even bother to see how I was doing on my exercises. Where as Dr. Jacob its impossible for me to count how many times he has worked with me through therapy, not only does he aim to strengthen the patients mobility but also maintain flexibility by stretching, which to me the stretching part was new since my last physical therapist never bothered doing that at all. His staff, the secretaries, physical therapy aides, and physical therapist assistant do an excellent job; They always look for the best interest for the patient. I could go on writing about Dr. Jacob and his staff , thats how amazing they all are. Highly recommended to go!

excellent. a place where everyone "knows your name" and story. I have used them 5 times and have received better results than from any other physical therapy group i have went to (6 others). i first went to them for a "pinched nerve" in my back which had previously only responded to epidural injections. i walked out after dr. jacob treating me for the first time with 50% less pain. i went for a few weeks and all pain was gone. then i went after rotator cuff surgery and pre and post bi lateral knee replacement and now i am there for torn tendons in the other shoulder. they set you up with weights, machines, exercises but then they do not ignore you. if they see you are not doing it quite right they come over and help you do it correctly. although you may start out with one professional any of the others will help you and/or make corrections if need be. i would never go to anyone else. i cant say enough good things about this facility. they will push you the appropriate amount which is what is needed to get good results but never to the point of pain. they also are very hands on. if it is appropriate they will stretch you and actually move or help you move the part of the body you are having issues with. they are kind,compassionate, and friendly.

Enhanced PT and Dr Jacob and his staff are the best. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of PT. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The caring, friendly atmosphere is pervasive throughout the staff beginning with Dr Jacob himself. When I arrived at Enhanced PT my wife had to drive me. My sciatica was so bad I could not sit at all. Dr Jacob met with me, diagnosed my problem and started me on a series of electric stim, ultra sound, and stretches and strengthening exercises. All are directly supervised by Dr Jacob himself or a member of his staff on a daily basis. For me I felt immediate results. Dr Jacobs "Mulligan Manipulation" techniques made it possible for me to bend and stretch with a range of motion that had previously been impossible due to my condition. At every session Dr Jacob reevaluates my condition and modifies my routine. Ive been to PT elsewhere for other problems over the years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Their attention to you and your condition, the friendly courteous atmosphere as well as the brand new state of the art facility makes Enhanced PT a great place to go if you need PT and you want to get results.

I had a severe shoulder pain on my right side. I was advised by my primary care doctor to go for an X-ray and advised to consult a orthopedic surgeon. I was treated by him for a while and diagnosed as frozen shoulder, and no symptoms of cure and my pain is becoming more and more.Then he advised me to go for physical Therapy. While I was searching to go for it, my cousin advised to see Dr.Dr. Jacob Kurian, after the very first treatment I got immediate relief. Dr.Kurian is knowledgeable and the treatment is very effective .His staff are excellent and very nice . If once we go there we feel our pain is gone. My problem is gone 90% and Dr.Jacob advised me to go for a couple of appointments and then my problem is solved . I will definitely recommend any one suffering from body pains from any cause. Thank you very much Dr.Kurian for your help and treating me well .I am able to sleep well in the nights on my right side of the shoulder also.Thanks a lot and thank all your staff for their professional and courteous treatment. I had neck pain which disrupted my normal life for 2 weeks and the inflammation caused a nerve to be pinched and i felt radiating pain/ tingling from my shoulder blade to the triceps , elbow and to the forearm. I couldnt sleep in the night for days and the arm felt useless. Then, i was recommended to Dr. Kurian by a friend of mine. It was easy to get an appointment. All the staff right from reception to the PTA and other associates were helpful. Access to this clinic is easy. Parking is available and its a bonus considering the location. Dr. Kurian is knowledgeable, helpful and i highly recommend anyone who need Physical Therapy to go and get help required. It is unlike the other Physical Therapy clinics around Nassau since Dr. Kurian is the only Certified Mulligan Practitioner in this region and know what he does. You wont regret going there. My arm issue and neck pain was gone after 6 visits. Glad my friend recommended Dr. Kurian to me.
