Nice office tucked away in the shopping center. Much less busy than other nearby clinics. Unfortunately this does not cut down on wait times. With an empty waiting room, Ive waited, on multiple occasions, for over 15 minutes to be called. Scheduling is messy, an appointment goes down in their system as a half an hour earlier, because they want you to arrive early, so you get a text telling you that youve confirmed your appointment for a time you didnt agree upon. This can be confusing. Additionally, for whatever reason, I have to do paperwork every time I visit, even though Ive established care with the on-site doctor. The doctor and staff are very friendly for the most part, but the doctor may not have the best bedside manners. On two separate occasions I was asked "What were you expecting from this visit today?" Both times I was sick with either Strep throat-like symptoms or a sinus infection. No throat cultures taken, the visit felt rushed. I also felt insulted, like the doctor thought I was just there to get meds. Calm down, you dont treat strep with Percocet, I just wanted to see if I needed Antibiotics or not.. Annoying and insulting. I wont be back.

We visited urgent care for an ear infection in our 1 year old and flu symptoms for myself. It took awhile to take us back but everyone there was very apologetic and it seemed they were simply short staffed that night. Nurses were great with my 1 year old and doctor called the following day to check on us. Would definitely go back here!

Great local PCP in Dr. Carey. His staff are all very friendly and from my previous experience, their wait time isnt too bad. They care. Its that simple. Ill continue to be a patient as long as Dr. Carey is there.
