Im not going back there ..!!!! It unfortunate that the physicians seem very nice people they will help you amd mostly make you feel comfortable . But thom little teenagers that been in front desk !!! Ghrrr omg ! They are just a mess . Is either they get paid less than 8 dollars an hour or they still immatureand have no idea how to treat patients and how to stay professional. I feel bad for Dr. Gerard Gorden For his reputation because for us to be happy we need to feel welcome first starting from the front desk . This what happened . Today 06/22/16 went there for me third physical therapy section , as soon as I walk in the girl front tells me I cant be seen because my insurance dropped me ! I need to pay in order to be seen that day . Im like why ou guys didnt call me and me me know so would make a trip there and remind you I just had an ACL repair and meninscus 7 days ago ! Took a bus to go there!! So their excuse was we called your house phone no answer , Im like under all my paper work I only putted my cell number wh they couldnt reach me my cell m# .. She was like its not my fault I dont even know who did it .. Im like really !you supposed to defend your compagny you working with not to destroy it , and putted down ! . Please dont go there ! Then I called insurance then ensured they stay their never drop me and they still working with them I should be covered . Then I call peak told them That my insurance still working with peak . Smh ! Its a mess stay away ! They just want money . It a scam they wanted to see if Im start quick paying out my pocket !

I had injured myself on a fall down a stair due to ice and Injured both of my shoulders. I was examined by an Orthopedic and he recommended PT. He gave me a list of PTs around my neighborhood and I choose one in my town. After about a month I wasnt seeing progression and felt that I may need surgery. My Chiropractor suggested Peak Performance as one of her patients said they did a good job. I went back to my Orthopedic and he agreed that Peak Performance has done great with other of his patients. Since Ive switched, I have seen much better improvement in the same amount of time vs the first PT I went to. Regardless of my review of Peak Performance, one thing I would suggest when looking for a PT is to look at the credentials of the PT you plan to go to. Not knowing anything about PT at first, I now see that having a PT that has a college degree makes a difference. Going to those that take shortcuts can affect your results. I wasted a whole month of therapy and luckily my insurance covered the additional days. Other people who had gone through the same as myself, where not so lucky with their insurance. Especially those on medicaid. Get references and do your research before selecting a PT.

very disappointed in there service and lack of professionalism. first of all when filling out all the paperwork there was one sheet where they had written down information about what my deductible was and co payments. i asked why did i have to sign this and why are they giving this to me. the receptionist just kept giving me the same answer which was were just giving you this information. i asked why again and she just seemed to be annoyed as to why i asked, like im a robot and i should just sign it and take it. after my PT session it actually made me feel worse so i called and canceled my next appointment and explained why, the receptionist said ok and would pass this along to the PT instructor i was with. His name was Joe he seemed very nice, but nobody even gave a call back to find out how i was and to see if there was anything else they could do. what that shows me is they are only there to collect there money and dont actually care about patients. i will never go back and will never ever recommend this facility. they just dont care it seems.

I have been a patient on several different occasions over the years and was satisfied with the therapy staff but the billing department was a joke. I have good benefits and plenty of disposable cash to pay all my co-payment bills when presented properly. But Peck Performance management thought it was a good Idea to turn a small past due balance that was being challenged over to a collection agency, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So I guess I will have to take my business somewhere else from now on I suggest you do the same. Unhappy Customer Rockville Centre, NY

What a great place in NHP. They care!!! They know so many different exercise. I have been to PT and it was pathetic compared to the care I received here. I am elated I chose this place. Awesome staff, Drs and assistants. They employ charitable deeds, include everyone, have a great whirlpool and make you part of the team. Great place.

I LOVE PEAK! I started out with physical therapy and now work out there. My trainer, David Daoud, is great! He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He can work with you no matter what your fitness level. I never thought I would look forward to working out, but I do because of Dave and all the great people at Peak!
