1st off I am not in the habit of writing reviews...hardly if ever do it, however the experience I had here should be shared. I have very little experience with eye doctors (made it to 48 before I needed glasses) but I have had plenty customer service type experiences... The experience I had here was top notch!!! The Doctor was extremely professional and very knowledgeable... All the ladies out front were also very knowledgeable and honest...no pressure to purchase expensive frames or extras, however because of their honesty I did greatly upgrade my purchase above what my insurance paid out. It was also my 7 year old daughter 1st real eye exam (other then school check ups) and she was at complete ease with the Doctor...

When I first moved to New Paltz, about 6 years ago, I went to Autin Ryan Optika to have some frames adjusted. Geri tightened the screws, heated the earpieces, and molded the frames back into shape. I thanked her and asked how much it would be. "No charge," she said, smiling. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Autin Ryan doesnt just sell glasses; they genuinely take care of their customers. Mike and Geri, and all of their staff, clearly care deeply about their customers, and about providing outstanding service. They are warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful; they are always willing to "go the extra mile," and make sure their customers needs are met. I cant recommed them highly enough.

Michael and staff at Austin Ryan Optika are by far the most caring, compassionate, and helpful people in this business. They are completely helpful with what ever your needs may be and they are personable and friendly. I have recommended many of my friends to Austin Ryan Optika and they all agree on the overall experience theyve had there. I would not go anywhere else! If you are looking for a great place, this is it.

This is first time I have been to eye dr. in many years. The staff here is very helpful and explained everything before proceeding which each step of exam then made chioce of glasses and frames very simple. Would recommend them to anyone as regular eye dr.
