The doctors are fine, the nurse, nurse aides are fine, but the 3-4 women who sit at their desk talk to each other so much that they forget youre even there and so you wait hours for something that should have taken 1 minute. If you told them you can only come on a Saturday, they give you a Tuesday anyway and once you get home and realize that then you NEED to change your appointment, well good luck, it might be another month if youre lucky. They gossip so much that they start talking to you about some other co-workers personal problem. When someone is late for their appointment, they down talk the person and its not even funny. To whoever is running this place, this is a big problem, investigate, shave your head, put on a wig, mustache, do an undercover boss, whatever.

I have been going to this place for a long time. The quality of care is good - I like my doctor and she has been the same for many years, which in our era of revolving door insurance policies and medical staff has been quite positive. The clinic has a sliding scale for people who cant afford full-price care, and the facilities are new and clean. The waits can be long, as another reviewer said, but I have experienced longer wait times at tony upper east side doctors offices. Prescriptions can be called in to your pharmacy, contrary to what another reviewer wrote. My biggest beef right now is with the records office which gave my specialist records to the wrong doctor, causing delays in some paperwork I needed.

医生和护士态度都很好，但是这家医院不知道是为了多赚钱所以每天给医生塞一堆病人还是时间管理太糟糕，无论你预约几点钟来，永远都得等一个多两个小时。预约毫无意义，完全浪费病人时间。

I am actually in the flushing health center, waiting time is horrible, I have to wait about two hours after my scheduled appointment time! (I came in 15 minute prior to my scheduled time!) also, they do not allow patients to use the outlets on walls to charge cell phone! this is very ridiculous!

This is a very bad place. Cant renew prescription on phone calls and have to come in person and make appointment even if you just want prescription. Some nurses are even very rude yelling at people. And the waiting time is f***ing long, unacceptable. Worse Clinic in New York State.....

Went for annual health check up for my wife after verifying insurance details. Was supposed to be taken care of by the insurance. Got a big invoice from insurance asking for payment. Tried to reach the center over the phone for resolution. Not of any help till now.

An excellent community health center that Ive been going to since I was a baby. Ive been to pediatrics, womens health, internal medicine. Centrally located and easy to get to from Canal St. Very clean facility.

Well-managed, clean and clear instruction to charge you insurance, copay, coinsurance. They do read the coverage benefit before you see doctor. However, long waiting.
