Dr. Brew was awesome! Extremely personable and friendly. Its refreshing to deal with a Vet who is genuinely nice and not condescending. The Vet tech Lisa was great too. She made us feel welcome the minute we stepped into the examination room. I appreciated the transparency from both the Vet and the Vet tech about pricing and procedures. Even the front desk receptionists were a pleasure to deal with. I didnt have an appointment and the New Hyde Park location turned me away. The receptionist there was not even kind about it. Thankfully I called the Oceanside Banfield and they were more than accommodating and took me in. Overall amazing experience from beginning to end.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! TOOK MY CAT TO DR SUZANNE YISRAEL...THIS PATHETIC HUMAN BEING DOESNT DESERVE TO BREATHE! SHE KILLED MY POOR BABY MISDIAGNOSED HIM AND HE WAS GONE TWO DAYS AFTER SEEING HER! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
