WNY Dental sent me to a specialist and scheduled a procedure 2 months in advance without telling me until the night before the specialist didnt participate in my plan. The only reason I called the night before is because they never gave me an estimate. In addition, they never followed up with my insurance company. Since then, I have made 3 separate appointments, called consults to discuss the procedure. Each time, a new issue comes up and I have to see someone else. Several times I called billing and they were rude and lied about the date they sent info. to insurance company. In the interim, they said I needed a deep cleaning and refused a regular cleaning siting ethics. Ridiculous.

Margaret is so good I hardly know my teeth are being cleaned. Shes very professional and makes me feel at ease. A hard thing to do! Very happy with the staff at this location.
