I do NOT recommend this place The staff there seems to be apathetic and not at all knowledgeable in their field. No one ever called to say the glasses were ready. Did not receive them until 2 WEEKS after ordering. I have worn glasses since I was a kid, so I know the drill - unfortunately THEY DONT! They simply handed over the glasses and started attending to the next person. Did not check nor care that the frames were pretty crooked and needed adjustments. Did not ask if they felt OK, just rude when I let them know they were not actually finished with me yet. No one at the location stepped up to make the glasses nor the attitude right. So many other places to get glasses - do yourself a favor and go to any other chain or optician.

Third visit to this particular vision works (gotten multiple glasses at two different locations in the past) and I remain stunned at the horrible, disinterested, and downright rude staff. The staff is consistently awful. More interested in carrying on loud and personal conversations or having conversations on their cellphones while customers wait. No one makes eye contact, no one even says "Hello" or "how are you" or "what can I do for you." Knowing that staffs at both the Levittown and the Yonkers (Centrsl Ave) are professional, attentive, and personable, Ill just take my business there and leave the lazy staff in Pelham alone so they can carry on with their personal lives.
