I came here because I had just been accepted into the Glass Explorer program and they were one of the certified Glass installers for prescription lenses. It was about time to get my eyes checked anyway, so I did that too. From start to finish, everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I had a wonderful experience! They were knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. The installation of prescription lenses I to my Google Glass frames was flawless. I also got a regular pair of glasses for when I cant wear Glass and those are also wonderfully done. I am very pleased by my experience here and have recommended them to my glasses wearing friends and family! I just cant overstate how professional and just outright awesome they were at Optix. You cant go wrong choosing these guys for your eye care needs!

I came in because Ive been having medical issues that could have affected my vision. I called they office and they couldnt be more friendly and accommodating. They fit me right in. It turns out my prescription did change, but thankfully my peripheral vision is still good!. After the exam and special testing, they were able to provide me with really cool and hip glasses. The eyewear selection was great! And it only took a few days to get my glasses. The office is very professional. Dr. Kestenbaum is very knowledgeable and he did a very comprehensive exam. I feel very comfortable trusting my eyes and vision to him. I bring my whole family here and highly recommend this place to all my friends.

I can attest that Optix Family Eyecare and Dr. Kestenbaum offer superb care as my family and I have been customers for 20 years. The entrie staff go out of their way to provide friendly, courteous service. Any small adjustment problems are handled immediately and at no cost. Their equipment is state of the art and Dr. K is always on the cutting edge of advances in his profession. Their eyeware selection is great and I can always find something I like at many different price points. Dr. K was also instrumental in advising and referring us to a top notch Lasik doctor when some of my family members wanted to go that route. I highly recommend that you call Dr. Kestenbaum for all of your eye care needs!

I went into optix for an eye exam but got so much more. I was greeted with friendly and warm front staff and was taken care of right away. The optometrist was very professional and my eye exam was far more extensive than past exams elsewhere. Everyone could not have been more helpful and they fixed all my glasses that I compiled from years ago!! I loved their selection of frames; so much so that I purchased not 1 but 2 Pair of glasses. Their prices were fair and competitive. My glasses were done and picked up in just a few days! Low pressure and high quality is how I like to shop, and that was why I would never go anywhere else!

It cannot get any better than Optix for everything having to do with your eyes and your glasses. The doctors do everything to make the exam pleasant and very informative, When you have a question, (and I usually have a few), they take all the time needed to make sure you are completely satisfied with the answer. The technicians who do the adjustments and repairs are always ready to help with anything you need; and with a smile. The non-technical staff is always ready to assist with anything they can do for you. The selection of frames is all that you could possibly want. All in all, a great one stop shop.

I came to Optix for my glasses because I was looking for a new, beautiful designer frame that would accommodate my high prescription. When I got there I was greeted by a staff of friendly faces who were all eager to help me. One of the opticians, Diane, worked with me to pick out glasses that best fit my face. I have a vision plan so I wasnt looking to spend excessive amounts of money so I was very pleased when Diane was able to give me everything I was looking for at a great price. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and I highly recommend Optix for anyone looking to get new glasses!

Went in for my yearly check up. Got a new prescription and a new brand of contacts from Dr. Schiffer which I am loving. My eyes havent been dry all week which is a very nice change for me. Ive never been to an optical store that is as thorough as Optix. Dr. Schiffer went through everything from allergies to family history to make sure my patient files were as up to date as possible. I absolutely love coming into the store and working with the wonderful staff! Cant wait to pick out some new frames!

Great experience getting my contacts and new glasses. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with from my eye exam, getting fitted and choosing the right contacts, as well as getting new lenses for my glasses. Even after having an issue with my lenses and asking for a change, they said "of course we can do that for you". I was very impressed with my whole experience, and they will be the "eye destination" for my family for years to come. Bonus is they take my VSP insurance!

Drs. Joel and Michelle are both great. Optix is a nice optical store with a great selection of eyeglass frames and sunglasses. I personally have Calvin Klein readers, Marchon Airlock with progressive lenses, and Fendi eyeglasses all from Optix. I also got a pair of Fendi sunglasses with my perscription for playing tennis. My game has improved! Not sure if it was the sunglasses but I have to being seeing the ball better!

From the initial examination from Dr. Kestenbaum and his superb fitting of my contact lenses to the team that makes and fits my glasses they all are friendly, patient and care about the patients needs. We have been extremely pleased with the level of service that Optix has offered. We purchased eyeglasses for my young son in the fall of 2015. Since then, we have returned 3-4 times for adjustments and once to replace his frames which were broken in school. Each time, we were treated kindly and respectfully. Customer service was impeccable and we will definitely be returning for future glasses!
