Weve been clients of All Creatures since Noah walked the animals, two by two, onto the ark...Okay. Not quite that long, but for more than twenty years. Theyve seen to our animals from post adoption exams to that very last, sad day. The vets are knowledgable and compassionate. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I had a complaint, it would be that they are not open 24/7. Since my dogs only get seriously ill on weekends or major holidays (or during severe snowstorms), this would be wonderful.That said,what I truly appreciate (besides the calm, friendly atmosphere) is knowing that when they cant handle something they do not hesitate, as some practitioners might, to send us on to a specialist. They know every animal in their practice and dont simply treat by numbers. I would never hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly to a friend or family member.

I brought one of my rats in to be seen once and while the exam was relatively inexpensive ($35 for a rodent is very decent) the doctor we saw didnt really seem knowledgeable about the species-- however she was very kind. I paid 15 dollars for antibiotics, which later were spilled, and when I returned to the office for a replacement I paid another 15 dollars and received a bottle more than twice the size of what I had originally gotten (what was my 15 dollars buying me last time, exactly?). The receptionist, while very nice, seemed generally confused and unhelpful. After doing research I found out that the antibiotic that was prescribed for what the doctor called a "minor respiratory infection" was actually one of the strongest available for rodents and made my rat very ill-- I had to take her to another vet the following week.

Brought in boyfriend dog. When he was seen they didnt ask if I wanted tests done or if my boyfriend was okay with them since I took the dog for him. They didnt give me estimate of prices of the test or even what they were until I asked what they were. When going to leave the bill was $400. When I asked about payments the woman at the front desk didnt even look up at me all she said was I had to pay the full amount that day. When boyfriend call and complain that he didnt want the tests and why didnt they think to ask him(the dogs owner) they said that I okayed the tests and that my boyfriend would be okay with the test and that your girlfriend lied to you talk to her. Worst experience ever. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. BEWARE! Bring a recorder and record your visit because who knows maybe theyll say your a list too.

Both Vets are amazing. But Dr. Lerman is probably the best there is out there. They take care of all my animals- which tally up to 8, all of them ranging from rabbits to cats- and a dog of course. I dont know what the other poster is talking about as far them not being knowledgeable about exotics- Dr. Lerman ran a wildlife rescue center for close to 20 years and has done some of the most notable research on mice (he even preformed surgery on my mouse who had cancer and she lived for 2 1/2 years- which is ancient for a mouse and neutered my brothers rat because he was too aggressive) and Dr. Miccio is amazing with birds- we brought her our African Grey who she was great with. All and all if you live even remote close them its worth the ride. The best care there is and probably the lowest prices in the area too.

After being a customer for 10+ years, had the worst experience today. They can flush down the 10+ year relationship in the toilet less than 1 minute. When the hospital was in Wesley Hills with Dr Lerman and Dr Miccio everything was good and professional. But since they moved to Pomona everything going downhill. Money hunger and overpricing. Every time i did visit the new hospital , new doctor showed up.If you are going there , make sure get a written estimate UPFRONT or you can pay and pay.( i did left one of my cat there for an hour for one bladder X-Ray!!!, and a bill was $ 500 plus an advise to needs a $ 2000 surgery) And I can go on and on....It is a lots of animal hospital in Rockland County. If you are care about your pet health, please listen to my advise .

I take all my pets to Dr Miccio. Shes is an amazing vet. I trust her with all of my fur babies. Geralyne is the best whenever I call to make appointments as well as John. The staff is wonderful, the place is clean and spacious. I have nothing bad to say about them. I truly recommend this office but most Dr. Miccio. They are so caring and understand your needs, specially with me being so nervous about my pets needs and their problems and their care. No matter how many questions I have they have the patience for me. If you want the best care and treatment and understanding , Dr. Miccio is the one to see. She treats all my 11 pets. Love love her.

I recently brought my rabbit here to be neutered. First off, the doctors were great! They were extremely friendly and professional. We had our initial appointment and the surgery three days later. He recovered quickly with absolutely no complications. I would definitely suggest this vet hospital to others and I will continue to bring my pets here!

Best animal hospital ever. Always being treated like a family. I love this place. We take 2 of our French Bulldogs there. Our female has a heart condition and I wouldnt take her anywhere else. We also just had puppies. A family of 4 frenchies will be attending this hospital
