AMAZING experience!! First - i dont really write reviews. ever! But, today was my first visit to Park R. animal hospital; and it was based on the already-great reviews. so i want to support that status! it helped me make the besT decision! i have been living in Nyc since before we got our [ now 3-yr old ] Westie, Tiamat. Her primary vet is there but we are temporarily living in Nj, near Park Ridge. I have had a handful of animal-friends and thus a handful of vet-visits over a couple decades; I think park ridge animal hospital has Got to be one the THE best places for animal health - I will absolutely trust little Tiamats care in their hands any day. I met 3 of the staff/doctors as well 2 people at the front desk. Every single person was extremely kind, attentive, alert, and mostly - freely gave what to me is the most valuable thing -- their Time. I am always a little hesitant going to a new place-- you really cant put yourself or your loved ones in just anyones care - doctors like any of us are just human. But - I was instantly at ease. They showed genuine care for Tiamat and also a very professional attitude toward her treatment; It was very easy to trust in everyone there. Thanks so much PRAH!!

They took care of my cat to the best of my knowledge, but when it came to the bill they tried to constantly add on things that we did not need. I had to go over the price before we paid many times because they would send new estimates and sneak add-ons to the list and when I confronted them they kept acting like they were working with us, when clearly they just wanted to make more money. When I called and asked to speak to the vet about this and said Id wait on hold another vet came on the phone who knew nothing about my pet, Dr.Shaw I believe and was very rude saying I was not allowed to stay on hold (even though they just closed so nobody would be calling and I wasnt holding up their line) when I explained I would wait to be sure that I was going to speak to the vet she said if I dont believe they will call me back I should switch vets and hung up on me. I will not be going back.

Our past relatives (cats) were patients of Dr. Manderino at the old Oradell Animal Hospital and followed her to her own new practice in Park Ridge over 10 years ago. With Dr. Manderinos help & guidance one lived to be 18 1/2 ! The other lived a good healthy life thanks to Dr. M. He was actually being raised as a baby kitten and purchased from breeder Dr. De Meolas family when Dr. D. was young, living at home and only dreaming of becoming a vet (they called him Neon). We have been patients at Park Ridge Animal Hospital for our check-ups (and food) since we were born, also boarding there when our owners were on many mini vacations and a few long ones. Each time we were happy to return home as good as new. The people there also treat us nicely. We are never nervous when in the waiting room. We recommend Park Ridge Animal Hospital very highly !! Ive been using PRAH since I got my cat Potter, almost 13 years ago. Ive since added two more fur-babies, plus 2 ferals outside. The staff and doctors have been wonderful with any and every situation. They take the time to explain things, and clearly love all their "patients." A couple of years ago, one of my ferals had a small stroke and was dragging herself around my deck. I was completely distraught, knowing I would have to put her down that day. I stopped in to PRAH to ask their advice, and broke down sobbing. Beth, Nancy and Dr. Rosenblum could not have been any kinder, or more helpful or sympathetic. They went above and beyond to get me and my girl Mabel through a brutal situation, and I will always be grateful for their kindness. But thats simply a mark of their devotion to animals and their clients. Highly, highly recommended.

Dr. Donna Manderino and her staff are simply the best, most knowledgeable and unfailingly kind group of professionals I have ever had the great fortune of knowing. My dog, Jacob has been Dr. Manderinos patient for nearly 14 years. He is terminally ill, and Dr. Manderino set us up with the specialists at Oradell Animal Hospital Hospital. Although he did not do well and his prognosis was horrific, when we saw Donna(Dr.M.),she gave me a hug and hope. I, myself am an MD,and rarely ever witnessed the unfailing kindness and hope that she provides. I cant say enough about her, nor the wonderful staff that surrounds her. I am so very fortunate to have her as my vet, and my friend. I will absolutely return to PRAH when I get another dog, (and tell all my local friends & family-most are aware!) DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Dr. Donna Manderino is the most caring, qualified and devoted veterinarians I have had the pleasure of knowing for the past twenty years. She has tirelessly worked around the clock for years for her patients and their families. Her altruistic and generous nature can only be surpassed by her knowledge of animals and their healthcare needs. She has repeatedly donated her services to many worthy animal causes as well as some human healthcare issues that are very near and dear to my heart. I love you Dr. Donna and all of my pets do too! You are one in a million and I am honored to know you :) ps - I would be negligent not to mention the wonderful staff too, so thank you to ALL of you at Park Ridge Animal Hospital!!

What a fabulous animal hospital! My dog Pop-Pop needed to be seen by the vet. My experience with making the appointment and getting information from the reception was excellent. Pop-Pop was scheduled to see the vet with in a few days of making the appointment. Upon arrival Pop-Pop was registered and taken to the exam room, the vet tech arrived shortly after and took his picture gathered the remaining information before the vet came in. The vet arrived did the exam and told me what the problem was and that it was nothing to worry about. This facility is state of the art from the front door to all the exam rooms. A great place to bring your pet. Thanks to the staff and Dr. for taking care of Pop-Pop.

Ive been going to Park Ridge Animal Hospital for years. They have taken care of all 6 of my cats through the years. Dr. Manderino and her entire staff have never been anything but wonderful and compasionate. My cats are indoor/outdoor and have seen their fair share of.."bar room brawls". Park Ridge provides excellent care..no matter how severe...or minor the injury. They are extremely accommodating and understanding, especially to this nervous nelly cat mom. They care they provide is excellent and its nice to have a follow-up call the next day. I like the care they provide and they tender way they treat my " i hate to be at the vet " cats. Ebi, Dakota and I just love everyone there!

I have been going to PRAH for over 20 years and have always felt right at home!! Chloe and I were there last week for some minor surgery. The care and attention that we received was wonderful from the moment that we walked in the door. All the details of her surgery were covered, explained in human language (ha) and we felt very confident when we left. There was a call when she was entering surgery...post surgery and then the next day to see how Chloe was doing. Couldnt ask for anything more!!!! Hugs to all the fabulous staff and of course Dr. Donna who is always awesome!!! Cindy and Chloe
