I went in for a cleaning and scheduled an xray for my wisdom teeth to be taken out. They didnt tell me they still charge you for canceling an appointment and when you cancel they dont tell you they are charging you either. They scheduled me on a Sunday ... I called and canceled and they were like oh we arnt even open on a Sunday and they didnt know how that happened then they had me rescheduled for a weekend I said I probably couldnt make it because of a family event is there another time open they said not for three months...and they said oh you can just call and cancel it .... OK two weeks later I get a bill for 70 dollars for canceling my two appointments and every week for three weeks I have left a voice mail on the managers phone bc she never answers..... she still hasnt called me back so what is she waiting for? it to go to collections because I will call the better business Bureau. This place is the most getto Dr office I have ever been to the doctor that saw me briefly wasnt even talking proper English. He was throwing out the slang statements like his mouth just left the bong before he walked into my room. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The place is great but the front desk people are lousy no people skills some of the front desk people where on phone calls and could not hide there frustration with the calls they where handling. ...office manager is to busy to handle a complaint I waited 3 months for a call back never got it ...no 1 never told us if you miss 3-4 appt. Youd be dropped. They said it was on the paper work we signed over a year ago but there was no warning until the day my daughter was dropped .The way they handled the situation was very unprofessional . Like I said the Dentist and hygienist are great but some not all of the front desk need some work (Whats the office manager there for??) She brushed me off and wouldnt even come out and talk to me while I waited for my niece to finish her appt .....very disappointed

I went to this place for 3 times for cleaning, but really disappointing...the receptionists were rude, and lying several times. Lately, I tried to make a cleaning appointment, they told me they dont have any openings for next 3 weeks, after I transferred my info to another Q dental office and make an appointment, they called me back and telling me they can fit me in next day... what was going on? Last Dec, I called and tried to re-schedule my dental appointment, they told me they cant, if i re-schedule, they need to charge me additional 20 dollars for that....the hygienist didnt do good job either, Overall, the experiences at Jefferson Road Q dental was really disappointing...I will never go there.

My experience was nothing short of horrendous. The doctor that saw me is only left unnamed because he didnt have the common courtesy to introduce himself. He was rude and talked down to me. Couldnt even answer my questions about the root canal he demanded. Seemed like he was getting annoyed with me and the nurse ended up taking over and explaining why I needed the procedure. I havent been able to go to the dentist for a cleaning in a while as I had no insurance, he was so annoyed and almost mean about anything he told me. On top of all of this, it was dirty there. The tools looked like they had been used. I would never in my life recommend going to this office. I am honestly in disbelief...

Hello...^_^ My experience has been very positive. I think the friendly, upbeat greeting when you first walk in the door is a huge plus! The lobby area and front desk are kept immaculate. I was a walk-in and was given a first appointment within a week! My hygienist was wonderful with my x-rays and cleaning. I have a follow up visit coming up and that was scheduled promptly and with a friendly smile too! Overall, I would recommend this Q Dental office to anyone in need of dental care. They accept most insurances too which is very convenient and even have a payment plan program. ^_^

While I was initially happy with this dentist when I first started going in September 2016, I quickly became frustrated with them. Appointments were cancelled because the dentist was unavailable and then it was a 2 month wait to get back in. I had a cavity that the dentist fixed which became more painful afterwards and I had to wait almost 3 months to get back in to see her. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Was given an appointment to extract 4 wisdom teeth and was told the day of that theyre only removing 1. Okay.. they were able to remove all 4 at the expense of shortening or delaying everyone elses appointment. That wasnt a wise decision. Then I waited at Walmart for over an hour because they forgot to send over my prescription, and of course, I was, and still am, in pain. Thanks, Q Dental.

It has been many years since Ive been to a dentist. My dental hygienist Jenna was super friendly and extremely thorough. My teeth have never looked or felt so clean! All the staff were very friendly and informative when it came to my insurance plan. I felt so comfortable we booked an appointment for my mom before I left!

I have gone to Q I have been going to Q Dental for three years and only have good things to say about them. I have had dental cleanings, teeth filled and a referral to a specialist for some work that needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have mentioned how good they are to my family members.

Always less than thrilled with the prospect of going to the dentist but this time my appointment at Q Dental was a breeze: polite and efficient office staff, clean and professional workspace, and my dental hygienist Carol was friendly and thorough and explained everything. High marks for this Q Dental experience.

Been going to this office for some time, but when needed the emergency service was told that they dont have anything until next week, and were sent into a walk-in clinic at Eastman Dental to spend hours in line. Switching the office obviously.

they are not honesty. poor service, lying always. they told me i can get a copy of my exam result on next day, but defer a few times. They just want to make your money... Be cautious! Never, never do it again

The place is just out right terrible. Just go to somewhere else if you need wisdom teeth removed. Dentist cleaning is alright but overall experience is terrible... Will never go to again!
