I have had an infected wisdom tooth for about a week. After finally getting a referral to an oral surgeon this place showed up on my insurance acceptance list so i made an appointment thinking they could do ORAL SURGERY. When i called the receptionist put me on hold, then answered my call and apologized that shes so busy because its a private practice...she was too much in a rush to understand what i was looking for, she told me i could come in the same day, and i asked for what?? ( because i already have xrays and referall etc) she answered with an "idk but we can at least take a look" i get there for my appoitment and am introduced to the dentist by the receptionist....lol he didnt even shake my hand or look at me, she tells me to sit in a chair,...room is all old equipment etc.he is looking in my mouth and asks if im on any medications, asks which tooth is bothering me, i told him "my right bottom tooth but i want all 4 out" next thing i know hes headed towards that tooth with an inhection needle of novacain. So i stopped him and left. The details beyond that i dont feel are needed. Im sure hes a great dentist but for someone with anxiety do NOT come here. I think its time to retire sir.

Worst dental office ever! Staff is the most incompetent group in a medical setting Ive ever seen. Office reeks of stale hot air. Dental equipment looks like leftover props out of a 70s horror movie. Went in for a first time visit to this office for a routine cleaning and total time in the chair was under 3 minutes(I timed it). Teeth dont feel like theyve been touch at all. Overall not worth the time my insurance company will spend processing the claim, much less the money they will be charged. Im contacting insurance today to try to stop payment for service(or lack there of)!

I have used Dr. Burt Tucker for years and have found him to be a competent and caring Dentist. He is knowledgeable and thorough in the performance of his procedures. Dr. Tucker is a warm and understanding person and one is very much at ease in his chair. The office staff are efficient and always strive to be accommadating. The other, unkind and untrue review listed on this page is obviously posted by a "Troll" with some kind of reality issues. My self and family have all the confidence in and respect for Dr. Burt Tucker.

I will not be returning here! After my lip getting injured, which is now swollen, on a dental tool, and injured gums, I was ready to leave. Sorry about the bad review, but there is no way that I will return to Tucker Burton Dental.
