This is the worst place ever. I went in to only get tested and before I checked in I waited for about 1 hour because the front desk person was gone. When she came back she acted as if she was annoyed. I did not have my insurance card on me at the time so I gave her all of my info and she accepted as if that was good enough to look up my insurance. So then finally went to the back and had to wait another hour just for the doctor to come in and give me a cup to pee in. After they took that I had to wait another 35 minutes before he came back in just to ask me if I had questions, after I had responded know he told me some questions other people have asked in the past then started answering them. I then received a bill in the mail the following week for 300 dollars. I am never going back to that place again and I would not recommend it for anyone.

Horrible Staff . They Act As if you Are hassling them when you ask a simple question. The doctor takes over an hour just to come check you and tell you they cant help you because there is nothing wrong, when there is something wrong . ( because you went to the emergency and got seen ) I will never ever recommend any one to this place .

The worst experience ever staff very uncaring wait time is OUTRAGEOUS waited in the waiting room for two hours then for them to turn around & stick me in room for another hour & 20 minutes for the doctor to come in for 3 minutes for him to say he cant help me there about to close & for me to go to the emergency room!! WTF

There was no open urgent care facility around me at the time. I decided to go to St. Marys Urgent Care, Im so glad I did. I went in with a migraine on pain level 10. They treated me like a queen and everyone was so nice. After treatment, I left feeling much better with migraine gone.

If waiting for three and a half hours for incompetent, uncaring staff and a doctor who spends less than a minutes thought giving a diagnosis (without ever bothering to learn the patients name) is something you would enjoy, then this is the place for you.
