Absolutely HORRIBLE! The Dentist Lina Vega has NO bedside manner. Put me down as a mother in the first 15 seconds of meeting her. Then refused to work on my daughter because she was upset...any 6 yesr old would be if they needed a tooth out. And my daughter was sitting still, she just had tears. She would have been fine. Then After 10 minutes of waiting to check out i asked about my daughters Script. The girl at the desk told me i was set to go. I told her i wanted to know the script. She told me that i would have to wait and the Dr was still trying to figure out the antibiotics and dosage. Then the Dr Refused to tell me what prescription she was writing for my daughter. Told me the pharmacy could tell me. Then when i made a fuss she finally said it snippy and walked away. I have NEVER seen any thing like this. Completely unprofessional. I wouldnt send my worst enemy into that practice.

I have been coming here for years and always have a good experience. My wife and I tried a new place (for insurance reasons) and we were taken back by the lack of consideration of the dental staff and the receptionists. But at WNY Dental Group, they are always welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful. The receptionist/secretary even took the time to call my insurance discount plan to make sure they would cover it and reimbursed $19 to my card. The doctor always makes sure the patient feels comfortable and doesnt jab you 10 times with the needle to numb your mouth like that other place I went to! Rather, she slowly pushes it in and releases it so that you only feel a little pinch. I always have a great and comfortable experience here!

It is always a pleasure to visit the good people at the Jefferson Road office of Western NY Dental. I am always greeted cordially and courteously by all the friendly staff. I dont think Ive ever had to wait for an appointment to begin and I have been at WNY many times. The patient care and quality and delivery of dental services is at the highest level and reflects very well on the professionalism of the entire staff. Special thanks this time to Galina Gnip for her thorough and expert services. Thanks and best wishes to all the dental pros at WNY Dental Jefferson Road. Well done, as usual!

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They screw up your teeth!! I went in there for a filling, I end up w. an extract. Then the dentist was careless in the procedure, he break the root of the tooth right next to it. Covering his track, he told to extract the one right next to it also. I refuse, since the x-ray before extraction show it fine. 1 yr later, I went to another dentist, they inform me that one root of the tooth already broke. How does that sound? these dentist does not have any moral nor ethic for their work!!!

The office feels outdated and unprofessional, especially for what they charge. To operate the panoramic x-ray, the technician had to literally "jiggle" the cord for 10 minutes... and attempted to remove a filling during the cleaning. I found it a bit abnormal that she asked if I had "any cash of valuables just in case" when we left the exam room for x-rays too.

it is always great attending the office. Everyone is nice and are willing to help out and explain the needed treatments. Ryan who did my cleaning is always excellent and helpful :) Also my dentist DR. Vega is super patient, attentive and excellent :)
