this is literally my first review iv ever left on any product service or anything. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF ADVICE/ INFO / VACCINATIONS, this is the place to go. Ive called and visited numerous other immunization offices for information and i always felt like i was being "sold" on items and vaccines i didnt really need. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone with Tonya and she was able to answer all of my questions and i really felt a trust connection. i made an appointment for the following week and was given great advice. They told me that many of the other vaccines which other Drs told me i need, actually were not a concern for the countries im traveling to. saved me a few hundred dollars!! In addition to the knowledge and friendly staff, they printed me out a booklet with key info regarding the countries im visiting; including embassy and consulate phone numbers, addresses, and what to be prepared for. (that was worth my consultation fee alone- which is still half of what others charge) I would 100% recommend this place to whoever is traveling! - thank you guys for such a great experience!!!

Great experience from start to finish!! The office staff was very informative and helpful. They gave me and overview of which vaccines were required (yellow fever) and which were just recommended, and they even gave me pricing information BEFORE I booked my appointment. They dont accept health insurance, but the prices were reasonable, and most travel vaccines arent covered by insurance anyway (as I soon found out). The nurse who did my consultation was thorough and professional as well as being super pleasant and friendly. They provided me with a personalized itinerary that had complete information for my destination, and I was also given a yellow card which detailed the vaccines I was given. I highly recommend Passport Health to anyone who is traveling abroad!

I was referred to Passport Health prior to a business trip in South Africa. Knowing I had to travel through several countries including Zambia, I was nervous. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were knowledgeable and helped relieve my anxiety regarding safety procedures, and the benefits of vaccines such as yellow fever and typhoid. Dr. Lupenko was exceptionally knowledgeable as were all his staff. I left there knowing I was as prepared as possible for my trip. I would highly recommend Passport Health, if not for anything, but at least the piece of mind, knowing I took the time to prepare by consulting with the right specialists!
