I am a long time and very satisfied patient/customer at the Eye Q West 79th St. Manhattan location. The office space is quite pleasant and comfortable. While professional, doctors are also friendly and sociable and services are detailed with clear explanations and discussion of determinations and recommendations. Staff is always so nice, joyful, patient and helpful - Remarkably, even remembering customers faces and names.

I found the service there to be highly professional. The eye exam was extremely thorough, and the doctor and his assistants were very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Above all, the glasses that were prescribed proved to be great. The frames were quite pricey, but otherwise I was very satisfied with the vision care that Eye Q provided.
