Charged a $40 cancellation fee because my daughters midterm was rescheduled due to weather and we didnt give 24hrs notice. I was called and threatened by someone representing "the executive director" that all her future appointments would be canceled if they didnt get their whopping $40 3 days before her next appointment. Its funny because they have no problem letting us sit in the waiting room upwards of 45mins past appointment time to be seen everytime we went in. Apparently they believe their time is more valuable then their patients.

I have been attempting to schedule an initial appointment for 3 weeks now. Apparently they dont monitor their website which allows you to ask for an appointment. When I contacted them by phone they took all of my information. Jillian from the Schenectady office initially left a voice mail and every time Ive attempted to return her call it goes directly to her voicemail. I havent received a response from my last attempt to contact her.

My daughter was being seen and had built rapport with the practitioner. The disorganized office staff could not accurately maintain our account, resulting in a need to try to sort it out, which they failed to do. They had not given us credit for a copay. At that point, with no notice, the practitioner would not see my daughter again. Totally unprofessional. Beware of any 5 star reviews without knowledgeable comments!

First couple of times was great everyone was so friendly and nice then all of a sudden they stopped calling me back I tired to schedule appointments for myself and my husband and again never a call back not even about a new patient. How totally unprofessional is that?! Definitely turning them in somewhere if that is possible.

Always always have to wait regardless of what location you go to. So far have not had less than a 30 minute wait in 5 visits. Office staff and Practioners seem very harried and disorganized and dont return phone calls. Not Reccomended by any means. There are better practices in the area for sure.

I have called and called. Left several messages in Jillians voice mail. SHE HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Once I got a gentleman on the phone who did an over the phone quick intake. Told me someone would get back to me in a few days. NEVER HAPPENED. So thanks for nothing Union St counseling!

Very terrible about calling back. On multiple occasions I have called and, instead of getting the receptionist, got a menu. So I hit the selection for "make appointments," and I get voicemail. Leave a message...no one calls back. How do they keep getting business?

I was seeing Brett Klersfeld and he was excellent,made you feel very comfortable.The office staff at the Schenectady off are horrible,never answer the phone,make you wait.I decided to go to the Malta site,the office staff here are very nice.

Poor communication in regards to blood test results.Poor response of office personal delivering message to doctors. Extreme poor response of doctor getting back to me and my Pychologist on change of condition.

The counselor I see is wonderful. Idk about money hungry unless your self pay. I pay a co-pay. I would absolutely recommend them.

The staff is the absolute worst. They dont return calls. They screw up billing. And 40 bucks for a missed appointment?? Come on!
