No for little Kids. I was very disappointed since I was helped for this "nurse" Mlukmanji who kept calling my son "she" every time she was referring to him. My 22 months old was very cranky because he was running a fever and was coughing a lot, he was crying and she was obviously not trained to help little kids, she was with an attitude because he didnt want to be touched by her, because she wasnt nice at all to him. Then this "Dr" Anjumon Ara Amina came to the room and didnt even introduced herself, she was trying to checked his ears, of course he was still crying, she asked for my pharmacy, she told me she will send it to the pharmacy and walked out of the romom. I was waiting for about half an hour and then I decided to dress up my little boy and go out of the room to asked.. what happened.? I had no clue that the "Dr" was already done with my son. I was helped by another nurse who looked at me and said; are you still here? I couldnt believe that this "Dr" didnt even took 2 min on the room and just walked away, she didnt even said what kind of medicine was going to send or how to give to him... or anything. I will not want to see her ever again, not even by mistake, she is not a professional or she thinks to much of herself that makes you feel like a garbage, like you dont deserve 2 more minutes of her precious time to explain what happened with the patient.

There Is Never Enough Doctors On Staff Only Like 2 Are Actually There On Really Busy Days Theres Only One. Waited Over An Hour For A Nurse To Tell Me If I Can Even Have A Appointment After I Spoke To The Lady At The Front Desk. You Call To Make An Appointment They Tell You They Will Call You Back And No One Does Or They Give You An Appointment For Next Month. The Front Desk People Are Rude. If There Was Another Doctors Office That Accepted Walk Ins And Close To My House, I Would Go There Instead Of Here. Place Is Ridiculous

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. My children were patients before we moved. My new pediatrician has put in 3 separate requests for my childrens medical records and there has been no response. In the past 2 weeks I have left 3 messages with the Medical records requesting someone please call me back to tell me how I can get a copy of their immunization record. My son can now not start preschool on time because of their incompetence.

Highly incompetent, unfriendly, and lack empathy. Was INCORRECTLY told I was first "Uninsured", turned away. Then found out I was ABSOLUTELY insured, which they then decided that I was "Out of network." Contacted the insurer again, AND I WAS in their network. Then about to make a 2nd (SECOND) appointment because of a lack of understanding on their part, and was told Id have to wait an entire day, after having been there 2 times already.
