Im finally able to share my very concerning experience at this facility from a few years ago. Dr. Calle should not be practicing medicine and has a very poor rating on just about every medical review site. I went to this clinic twice. The first time, I had developed a sudden painful double ear infection (most likely due to a sinus condition) and went straight from my volunteer event to the nearest clinic, A Walk-In. I waited for a while to be seen. I was in a lot of pain, but happy to find this place open on a Sunday. The doctor examined me and prescribed me antibiotics and also told me the most AWFUL advice I have ever been given on how to drain your ears and sinuses of fluids. Basically, the doctors advice made my situation WORSE, but being a newbie to sinus problems, I had no idea that it contradicted every basic sinus rule. At the end of my antibiotic treatment, I still had hearing loss due to fluid still trapped in my ears (which would not have happened if not for the terrible advice I just described.) I decided to follow up with the doctor about this issue, and he looked into my ears, and said nothing else could be done. I said, "What am I supposed to do? I cant work in this condition, its dangerous." He basically told me that I would have to wait for my eardrums to burst and heal!! I was shocked by this response. He then told me to follow up with them so they could test the bacterial fluid that would leak out of my ears!! Fortunately, the doctor did not charge me for this appointment, but I was so horrified by his advice, that I immediately went to another clinic the next morning and the doctor I saw there was equally horrified by what I was told. She prescribed me a short course of steroids for the inflammation and my ears drained on their own WITHIN HOURS and properly healed after that. It really bothers me that this doctor is still allowed to practice medicine. THIS IS BASIC STUFF. I could have had very serious damage for such a minor, common problem! And the argumentative comments on these reviews is disgusting. This is terrible service, not just from a medical facility, but from any business. Stay away from this facility and this doctor!

Let me give a run through of my experience of this place. I was not the patient but I brought my girlfriend here despite knowing it had terrible reviews. i thought how bad could it be she only has a sinus infection Walked into doctors office, there was a guy in scrubs(nurse?) and a girl sitting at the front desk, my girl went to check in, we both sat having no idea when she was going to be seen, both the guy and the girlgot up occassionally but mainly sat at the desk. After 45 minutes of sitting there we went up and asked how long it was going to be, they said it would be only a few miuntes in a way that clearly meant they forgot anyone was waiting in the waiting room cause they were too busy watching tv. Fast forward the guy in scrubs finally brought us into a room when he took my gfs vitals, while making bad jokes that were generally about things that were non of his business, also i should note through out the entire visit he spent more time looking up at nicholas cage on the tv than caring for my girlfriend. When he did he made my girlfriend lay down on the table and through a wet cloth over her eyes and starting shooting various liquids into her nose and mouth without even giving warning or telling her what he was doing. He then just walked out leaving her there for 15 minutes still without saying a word. I thought we were waiting for the doctor now. I finally went out to look for him he was once again sitting at the desk watching tv. When I asked he said oh yeah just a couple more minutes. Meanwhile what ever he did was making my girlfriend feel worse. 5 minutes later he yelled from the front desk that she was all set to leave.... Really? Yelled from the front desk? He couldnt have had the decency to come in say she was all set? At that point we realized he wasnt just an incompetent nurse but was actually and incompetent doctor. He never once introduced himself as such or anything for that matter.We were being treated by a complete stranger. I didnt even know his name until I looked at the prescription he gave us later. So yeah thats what happened. Please people go to the emergency room instead. This place is terrible.

I met Dr.Calle when he first opened. I suffer every year from sinus infections. Every year I go straight to this DR. Calle! I wouldnt go to any other DR. Dr. Calle has gotten the clumps of ear wax build up out of my ears for me. He had given me a z pack antibiotic to clear up my infection fast. He is friendly, caring and informative! I have had great experiences here with this Dr an staff! The place is clean. Organized and well put together! The Dr is great. He donsnt just hand out pain pills. He organically heals me the good old fashion way! I like to take the time to thank this DR.Calle for being a newington local small business that has positively affected our community! He has cleand up our town so much. He keeps his homes landscaped beautifully in this town. This Dr is involved with the town. Involved with the people. This Dr has given me the best medical attention! I am happy to recommend this place to any and all of my friends. Any and all of newington residence. I simply will not go to any other walk in! I trust Dr.Calle! I cant say that about any other Dr. I love coming to this place. Whenever Im injured, sick, if I need a physical, or a shot, vaccine. I love this Dr and he is simply under appreciated people need to leave there nasty comments out of here. The negative comments about this place are due to drug attics that are upset they couldnt get pain pills out of the dr. Also people are really rude with there comments on here. This Dr runs this place with a great attitude! Keep up the great work in our community Dr.Calle! Xoxo

I hesitated to submit a review, but Id be negligent in not doing so. I wont go into too great detail about my own appalling experience (including spilling my blood on my clothes and the floor), but my observations during my visit were disturbing.  I observed Dr. Calles unprofessional and rude interactions with three other patients while I was there.  He was hostile and very argumentative with one family to whom he provided misinformation.  He lost the paperwork of another patient and was unapologetic & abrupt toward her.  He was belittling toward his own admin assistant. He gave another patient the wrong return to clinic date (to have a skin test read) and told the patient that he was offended that he challenged his claim, but then he did the same to me and when I corrected him before leaving, he said, "Im just tired".  In response to my concern/comment about having additional immunization boosters that could cause death he said, "Ill give you some literature on how you might die" (although he didnt). His bedside manner is poor and I question his medical practices.  Recently and unsolicited, I was cautioned to NEVER go to Dr Calles walk-in center, but it was already too late.
