In my experience the registration staff at the front desk was very polite (I only dealt with one lady). I waited for a while, but thats a toss-up when it comes to going to a walk-in clinic. Sometimes you have to wait. My issue is with the doctor herself. Im not sure what her name was. She was older, had red hair, and wore glasses. Her demeanor was quite condescending and left a lot to be desired. As if that werent enough she was constantly rubbing her nose - CONSTANTLY. She was also, at times, scratching her groin area. These are not behaviors that I find becoming of a medical professional thats giving me advice and potentially treatment. Im not sure about the other doctors, but this was not a pleasant experience and I will certainly not be going back and would recommend that if you have other options, explore those first.

This place is horrible, Please dont go here. In Middletown office and one of the doctors took sexual advantage of the female patient. To be very precise she visited this place on friday between 1-5 PM. If you feel any of you have been treated like wise in past ,please come forward and raise your concerns just like me.

if I could go lower than one star I would. Ive been here for 2 1/2 hours is this normal. absolutely crazy. all they do is complain which I can here in the waiting room. none here is friendly. wtf!

Walked in at lunchtime for lingering cough from upper respiratory. Was first time there. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. 100% recommend.

dont go there its a horrible place! the staff is rude, The doctors are arrogant, save your time, go to the hospital or go to another clinic!

Waited 2.5 hours to get seen and had a 5 minute talk with the doc. There were only 2 other people in the place. Never going back
