It brings a profound pleasure being able to say that Galligan & Villa provided the best dental experience I have had through the entirety of my life; more specifically Dr. Ryan Galligan. Up until this point, every other dental appointment has been a true living nightmare: Feelings of discomfort, severe pain, and questionable professionalism. This was to the point that I have put off returning to a dentist for roughly 9 years! However, from the moments I walked into the office of Galligan & Villa, I felt a sense of positivity and security. The entire staff was more than welcoming, making it as if I was a part of their own family. Each individual with whom I spoke with emitted an aura of knowledge that immediately began to ease my tensions. Karen was the hygeniest who performed the initial work. Wonderful is an understatement! She is a calm, warm hearted woman that just radiated professionalism. You are able to just tell that she truly enjoys what she does; and that to me means a lot. The true superstar of the whole experience was Dr. Ryan Galligan. From the moment he walked in the room, he portrayed a genuine concern for my well being. Before beginning, he explained exactly what was going to be done in a manner in which anyone would understand, not just someone who went through many gruling years of dental / medical school. I was sure to let him know of my past horrific experiences with pain / discomfort and he assured me he will doing everything in his power to make it nothing like that. To my astonishment, Dr. Galligan stayed true to his every word. I can honestly say that not one bit of the slightest pain was felt for the duration of the time he worked on my teeth. Furthermore, I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Galligan and his practice as a whole. If you have not been to a dentist in years, if youre just due for a regular cleaning, or are in need of serious work, this is the only place you should be coming to. I have already had family and friends make the switch, and if you are reading this, I hope you do as well! Thanks again Dr. Galligan!

It is hard to review going to the dentist. I will say that given how much pain I was in and how utterly petrified I am of the dentist, I was grateful that I chose to come here when I was looking for a new dentist to take care of my problem. Even though I was new patient: ●They took me first thing next day. ●In spite of the problems associated with my infected mouth, Dr. Ryan told me he was confident he could get this evil tooth out of me so I would feel better. His level of confidence helped me feel better about getting tooth pulled. ● I was really scared and in intense pain and was very grateful to the staff member who assisted the doctor. ● She was beyond kind, compassionate and professional. She really helped calm me down. ●Dr. Ryan was very focused, worked quickly and tried his best to make me feel that everything was going to be ok. ●He followed up with me twice after the procedure and prescribed some very effective medications. ●The front office staff was efficent, professional, and friendly. I need another extraction and I am sticking with Dr. Ryan.

After a bad experience @ another Dental office, I was referred to the office of Dr. Villa & Dr. Galligan. After being examined by Dr. Villa who took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my teeth, I met with Dr. Ryan Galligan who performed a extraction on a severely broken & problematic tooth. He did a great job, and I will definitely be referring them to my friends & family, and will be continuing to use them as my Primary. My experience was great overall , even the staff was so helpful. A+++

Best dentist office on Staten Island! Dr. Ryan Galligan is amazing! I recently had a root canal done and it was by far the BEST experience Ive ever had..(and Ive had a few elsewhere) He made the whole process super easy, pain free AND I wont lose a tooth! The office is immaculate alway and state of the art and the staff is always so nice. The hygienists are great and gentle. Ill never go anywhere else! If your nervous about dentists then I highly recommend Dr. Ryan galligan.

I love Galligan & Villa dental studio. Their office hours are very convenient (open late & saturdays).The staff is friendly & professional . They have 3 ways to remind you of your appointment. Any dental problems , they go out of their way to assist. Always takes you at the time of your appointment. I highly recommend any of the dentists there, but my favorite is Dr. Ryan , his Dad is cool too.

Been going to Dr. Ryan Galligan for about a year now and have been so happy with treatments so far. I had a root canal which I cannot believe was painless. I have had several root canals and they have always been a bit painful. Just had an implant and I cant believe how great it went. I had minimal swelling and only needed to take a couple of Advil the first day. So happy with all the results.

I have been going to Galligan & Villa for over 25 years. Within the past year I have also been a patient of Dr. Ryan. Today he had to put a post in. He was FANTASTIC and so was Lottie and the rest of the staff. They are all compassionate and caring. Hands down they are the best. They all have hands of gold. Thank you Dr. Ryan.

The staff is professional and helpful. I used to fear going to the dentist , but Drs Galligan have made me feel completely comfortable. Whether its a routine cleaning or fixing a problem tooth. They strive to give their patients the best options with any dental work needed and look to fix a small problem before it becomes a major one.
