The office makes it known that patient comfort and satisfaction is a core principle in the practice. There is practically no wait to be seen, and Dr. Cisternas makes sure to give you the individual attention that you deserve. The office is extremely clean, and uses state of the art technology. I know that when I go to Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio, that I am receiving the best treatment that is available. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Never would I have thought that I would actually look forward to going to the Dentists office. However, the quality of service, and the exceptional friendliness of the staff is something that I keep going back for. Every time I step into the office, I am greeted with a friendly smile and am promptly seated in the dentists chair. There is virtually no wait! The services offered at Richmond Hill Dental Design are unmatched and I recommend them to anyone I meet. Absolutely love the office. The doctor and the staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They answer all your questions and they dont use all that medical jargon. They are so good with the kids, too. My daughters are 5 and 8 and they both love the doctor. So much better than the pediatric dentist we went to before. The best part, dr Cisternas is always on time, the longest I ever had to wait was 10 min. My whole family goes there including my mother-in-law, and my aunts family. Highly recommend to everyone.

This dental office is absolutely one of the best dental offices i have ever been too. There is never a long wait and they do not overbook with lots of patients. The staff including Dr Cisterna are great. They will explain what needs to be done and I even received a follow up call from the Dr to see if everything is ok with one of my procedures. Never before has any dentist ever called to check up on me. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for good quality service. They deserved 5 stars in my book.

This office provides incredible service to its patients - from being open on Sunday to coming in for emergencies when the office is not scheduled to be open. They do everything to make a patient feel at ease and Dr. Cisternas is so knowledgeable in dentistry, that you know you made the right choice on making him your personal dentist. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dentist. You will be very, very satisfied with the overall service from Dr. Cisternas and his entire staff.

Ever since I was a kid I hated going to the dentist. But not here. The office alone is beautiful. I got to watch DirecTV while getting my teeth worked on. The Dentist there is so nice as well as the receptionist. They were open on the weekend which was so convenient for my wife and I. We made back to back appointments and they fit us in so to make our life easy for us. Thank You so much Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio. p.s. The X-Ray machine is so cool it talks to you. :D

The Dr. and the office staff here are so nice. I had my wisdom tooth pulled here and the Dr. had it out in 10 min. I had absolutely no pain the next day. I was so happy I called to thank him. And unlike a normal Dr. he actually picked up the phone and talked to me. I actually can not wait to go back for my cleaning. Oh the the TV in front of the chair was great as well. If my dentist was like this when i was a kid I probably would have went a lot more.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I look forward to going to the dentist every time. I was one of Dr. Cisternas patients 4 years ago and he is stuck with me! He is a wonderful, friendly young man with lots of energy. His staff are just as great. Whenever you enter the office you are welcomed with a smile and you leave with a smile on your face. A great place. Highly recommended :)

My first visit, and everything went great. I get a little nervous of dentists. But everyone made me feel so comfortable. The dentist explained everything in detail. I got a nice cleaning and fill in done. He was so gentle and gave me full attention and care. The receptionist is so nice n attentive. Best part this place is super clean and up-to-date.
