This place is the worst! Called 3 weeks ago and made an appointment. Left work early to drive from auburn to their store.... they have no appointment booked for us.... and apparently we were not the only ones as the guy there said they have had 4 others show up that said they had appointments and it was not in their schedule. Had us sit down and fill out paperwork... then said we cant see you! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY! The staff are horrible!! Never go there again!!!

Went to this location because the service was so bad at Erie Blvd. They were perfectly helpful when I ordered the glasses. Went in to pick up the glasses tonight and was ignored for 10 minutes by 4 employees. Only one other customer and she was being helped by a 5 th employee. Walked out. Will try tomorrow...hopefully another crew then. Terrible customer service as soon as they get your money.

Went there today to get my glasses adjusted, Im from out of town so I had never purchased anything from there. Staff was extremely kind and took the time to make sure my glasses fit perfectly and I never felt rushed. Will certainly be my first stop for glasses in the Syracuse area from now on! Thanks

I did my exam on August and ordered contacts for fitting. But its been almost 3 months, they didnt give me the contacts. They didnt explain why, just ask me call them again and again, not even trying to fix the problem :(
