We had a very disappointing experience with staff of Syracuse Pediatrics, when we requested an appointment for my son while he was going through very high fevers throughout the weekend and visited urgent care, we requested to see doctor instead of NS on Monday. The person "Kelly" said that "IF YOU DONT WANT TO SEE NS, then YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE" to read between lines, we dont care about you and your patient and we dont need you. Reputation of hospital does not get defined only by how good the doctor is, it also needs the good staff, and how they interact with their patients. I hope Syracuse Pediatrics and its responsible doctors will rectify this and improve the communication between patients, parents and its staff.

Overall very uncaring staff. Nurses were terrible. They make it obvious they dont care about your kids. Half the nurses reak of ciggarette smoke. When my infant was getting shots I told the nurse she must hate giving shots and seeing all those sad little faces. She said it didnt bother her one bit. I also had issues with them calling and rescheduling appointments which caused some shots (that are suppose to be spaced out a certain way) to be four or five months overdue.

Dr. Jones has been our pediatrician for 12 years. She has been a a wonderful provider for our child, and I trust her implicitly. We also really like her nurses. The other office staff are meh, but we have never had a billing issue.
