I would never recommend Newmark or his office. The two times that I was there I felt rushed, and I felt that I was a burden to both Newmark, and his assistant Nicole. I had to wait in the room for at least 30-40 minutes both times, and once they did come into the room they would rush through my appointment. Needless to say I went to a different dermatologist. Come to find out, I was misdiagnosed by Newmark for my skin breakouts. Newmark prescribed me medicine that was not strong enough nor was the duration long enough to destroy the infection that I had. And then when I explained to him that the breakouts were back, he insisted that they were bed bugs and refused to treat my condition. Well Newmark, I would like to inform you that it was NOT bed bugs like you insisted, for your information it was an infection within my hair follicles that was causing the breakouts. Maybe you should look for a different profession, because you’re a horrible and apathetic doctor.

I went in for a checkup and also asked about a minor skin condition diagnosed on the top of my head, and I was told this required minor surgery, which I figured. Had to change my surgery date which the office did with no problems! Went in for the surgery appt, while I was waiting learned a few interesting health facts from the waiting room TV monitor. An assistant called me in for analysis, then I was moved to a surgical room where Nicole prepped me for surgery. She did a good job explaining things and getting me ready. She answered all my questions, did a great job with local anesthesia and Dr. Newmark was professional as always and he did a great job on the surgery. He was also kind enough to talk to me during surgery to help me through the process. I have been a patient for a long time and have never had a problem. Thank you for a good experience and a great job well done!!

We have seen Mr. Newmark, Ms. Roney, and his assistant Chloe, and two times they have given us prescription medicine without a proper diagnosis. That is, the did NOT take a culture of the skin to give the diagnosis, they simply gave a prescription based on a guess what the problem might possibly was. We have called other dermatologists and they told me they would have never given such serious prescription medicines without making sure the condition was exactly as they guess. It also takes about an hour or more to see the doctors. We are now seeing another dermatologist. UPDATE: We saw the other dermatologist and it turns out that Newmark and Chloe misdiagnosed our skin condition. Thus, we were on very heavy medication for almost 2 months possibly for nothing. Please beware of Newmark, Chloe and Roney.

Dr Newmark is a medical professional. He knows about skin diseases and will work with you to solve difficult skin problems. I have had extremely resistent Rosasea for a long time and have tried every treatment possible. After working with Dr Newmark, I now often go without foundation. My mother was also Dr Newmarks patient. She had skin allergies her whole life and later in life also had skin cancer. I can honestly say that Mom had absolute confidence in Dr Newmark and found him to be a kind and caring physician as I am sure you will too.
