I have been a patient with Dr. Mark Fosters office for 20+ years and over the past year especially, the service has gotten from bad to worse. They expect payment when you first sign in and the lab bill needs to be paid when received. However, I have to wait 5-6 weeks for my results, that is after calling their office 7-8 times only to be told that there was a note for the practitioner to print out my report and mail it to me and that it was not done. Similarly, I have to call in my medication requests numerous times and only after letting them know that I will have to pay them a visit in person, do I get a response. Like most people, I do not like change, however, due to the lack of responses in a timely manner, I have no choice but to start looking around for another internist.

This place is getting really bad. They dont care about their patients anymore. They dont return your call. I called 5 times for my medication refill and nobody got back to me in a month. When I finally went there in person they said I should assume that refill has been sent to my pharmacy (I asked on the phone to get back to me with confirmation). Also 2 months ago I did blood work and nobody got back to me with the results. I was only able to find out my results after 3rd call to the office. NOT RECOMMENDED .. Im looking for a new doctor .. I hope owner of this place will see my review and let their employees know how poor were they doing with me.

Worst doctor Ive ever dealt with. Did not explain to me what multiple test results were when I was in hospital. Did not treat me correctly according to my specific ailment. I needed to leave hospital and go elsewhere to get proper treatment. He never answers the phone and would never call back me or my dad when we were trying to ask questions and when he saw me in the hospital he would spend less than 5 minutes talking to me and when I didnt understand why he was treating me a certain way he would not explain himself he would just walk away like if my questions didnt matter. Horrible experience.

Been going here for 30 years. Staff very nice and attentive to my needs. I use Amy Kelly, NP along with dr. Foster. Always attentive to my needs. Patient portal used for medication renewals and any questions , blood values listed with testing that was done with results they always get back to me. . Never rushes you if you need to talk to them during office visit.

The staff doctors here always and have always been wonderful. Ive never been given any issues in terms of getting an appointment in a good timeframe and waiting times are definitely better than other offices that Ive been to. Overall you cannot go wrong with Dr. Foster or Dr. Rubenstein and co!

I see Dr. Rubenstein. My phone calls are always promptly returned. Refilling my prescriptions are an ease. Most importantly to me , is the time that is taken to fully answer all my questions. As well as completely explaining any ailments and tests I may have or need.
