After owning a horse for 23 years, when the time came to euthanize him due to a chronic choke and collapse of his esophagus from an old injury as a 4 year old, we luckily found Pet Crematory Agency in West Babylon. From the transport (Mike), the girls in the office (Lisa C, Lisa and Renee) to Bob in the Crematory and Damon the fork lift operator, the first thing each one of them did was express there concern for our loss and ask if there was anything that they could do to help us get through this. Every detail was cared for with dignity, grace and concern for the horse and us as well. I am so grateful that this service was available and I found someone that gave a good referral. We owe our pets every ounce of love and care through the end...just remember all the joy they bring to our lives. It is our job to honor them, no mater how hard it is do and be with them through the end of there life on earth. Thank you to everyone at Pet Crematory Agency in West Babylon, you all got us through a very difficult time and I would recommend their services to anyone who unfortunately needs them. Thank you again from all of our hearts!

I brought my 7 year old Dog Danny who passed away from cancer to the Pet Crematory Agency and it was a very good decision. I chose a private viewing which was very reasonable. From start to finish they made us feel at ease and made a really rough time a little more bearable. Lisa the grief greeter at the front desk did everything she could to comfort us at an extremely horrible time of our lives. Bobby the handler removed our pup from our car with great care and respect. The viewing while painful to see helped me to accept my Danny was at peace. Until you actually lose a pet you cannot imagine the pain and emptiness you feel the Pet Crematory Agency understands. I just want to thank all of you for handling my beloved Hazel which such love, care and respect. I did not know what to expect once my Hazels ashes arrived and I have to say I had no words. The way her ashes were packaged, the unexpected paw print, prayers, pins and card touched my heart so deeply because it was handled with so much care and would definitely recommend this agency to anyone who is thinking of having their beloved pets cremated. I have another senior dog and cat who will be joining Hazel in due time and would not have any other agency except this one take care of them the way they took care of my beautifuly Hazel. I took both of my cats here when they passed. The staff is kind, compassionate and professional and help you to choose the level of service that is right for you. They also offer private viewing for an additional fee and have urns on site if you need it. I chose an urn with a top compartment for the collars and a slot for a picture and a plaque to engrave. I was very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone who wants this peace of mind that you are performing this final kindness for your pets who meant so much.

Avoid. They were 5 hours late. The driver was rude. They wanted an extra $100 pick up fee because it was by then late in the evening. They told me it would be at most 2 weeks, it took 3. I went to their office and nobody would talk to me. They are garbagemen. I asked an employee how long a small yorkie took to cremate, he said 2 hours. I asked for a tour of the place and was escorted off the premesis.

This is the worst place ever... Took an hour long drive to puck up my dogs ashes..get there, and they tell me we sent his ashes to the vets 4days ago (vets office is 5 min from me) they were not authorized to do that...I asked for a refund and still know one has called me.
