This place is by far THE WORST!! Would never go back or reccomd to Anyone EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!! My husband was there for a shoulder injury and waited over an hour to take his x-ray...The so called doctors werent even able to come up with a diagnosis after being there for two hours. They sent him home with pain meds and a sling to keep his arm up. The next day when he went to go see the doctor that they scheduled for him to see he found out that it was only a PA (physicians assistant) and he informed him that the sling was the absolute wrong thing because it only made the muscle tighter and the pain worse. I feel bad for all of the future patients who go there and think theyre going to get help. Youre so much better off going to the ER because these idiots make you wait just as long!

The wait is over an hour - even if youre first in line. They will forget youre even there it seems. Doctor seems confused, unhelpful, uninformed. Im solutions orientated and the doctor here puts hurdles in front of you when you have simple requests. Ive been to numerous urgent care centers in the past - and never had a negative experience until going to CityMD in White Plains. This is definitely not like CityMD in New York City, this location is a disaster. Avoid.

When they say "no waiting", it really is no waiting. I walked in, filled out a few forms, and was seen immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is clean. Much better than hanging around waiting in the ER for half the day. Very convenient!

The facility is clean, modern and well equipped. The staff and Doctors were all pleasant. They were quick and efficient, but at the same time I never felt rushed. For non life threatening medical attention this is a better option than a hospital ER.

pleasantly surprised with how clean, sophisticated, the high technology and the care of the members here. It was a nice atmosphere and relaxed. I felt like I walked into a 5 star hotel lobby. the staff was great with my significant others needs.
