In a state of disbelief.Im so thoroughly disgusted by bummercare, Medicare, big med, med groups like Westmed and their high cost rev streams and upselling. So I was geared up for the worst. Got the opposite. Pretty short wait. Dr Bechan-Dugan and asst Charles efficient, asked questions, thorough. Unlike Westmed Dr looked me in eye, spoke to me directly and not from behind a computer screen. She diagnosed, prescribed - easy peasy. No referrals, only the test that was relevant, and they took a few min to find the cheapest place to get scrip filled. Total time - 1 hr. Wait time alone at westmed 3 hrs

It was horrible experience. I would not recommend to use this facility. I was sick with fever, nausea, upon visiting City MD facility 2 times within 4 days I was told to go home and take Advil and Tylenol. At that time, I had 116 heart rate with low blood pressure and 113 fever. They did not diagnose my sickness on time or run any test to identify the sickness instead just told me I have viral infection , I ended up going to my primary care doctor after 6th day of my sickness and ended up in hospital bed for a week. If diagnosed early I could have avoided weeks hospital stay and expenses.

Location is easy to get to. The office is very new and clean although I think theyve been there for about two years. I was seen as soon as I finished my paper work. The doctor had a great bedside manner as well as the nurse and technician who saw me for my sprained ankle. They all seemed genuinely concerned. They were very thorough and I walked out of there with an air cast, a cd with my X-rays in case Id need to see a podiatrist or orthopedics, and a report of what was done and what they found. I was as happy as I could be with a sprained ankle. Id recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent care, professional employees, Dr. Griffin was exceptional. I have been a medical practice manager for over ten years and have managed an Urgent Care facility, this place is spectacular I would highly recommend CITY MD for al urgent medical matters that are non life threatening. I will be returning and send family and friends!! Truly disappointed they do not participate with CARE FIRST BCBS, this is a very good insurance plan, guess I will be going to an Urgent Care facility that does participate!!

Front desk help was poor. dr prescribed medication that didnt give me relief. Went back the next night and the women at the front desk was rude to me because I wouldnt consent the Drs take photos of me( as written in their blanket form) and then was told they couldnt help me. Total waste of time... Based on my last experience I will never go back to citymd Thankfully I found welcoming and much better help from the CVS pharmacist.

I have been to this location a few times, in each case, the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The medical staff is thorough and wonderfully professional. I had one daughter treated for a broken wrist and another that needed stitches. In both cases, I couldnt have asked for better service or treatment. Thank you City MD!

Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, from check-in to seeing a doctor to being checked out (I was referred to ER for treatment, so I was not treated). The entire staff was super friendly and efficient! The receptionist and doctor were both very personable and knowledgeable!

Very clean, Very friendly, Very convenient. Extremely happy with the care, quality and service. By far the best Urgent care Ive ever been too. The wait is almost non existent. The doctor was young but very knowledgeable. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
