The one star is for the great job of the receptionist and hygienist. The missing four stars are for the dentist who, thanks to previous Google reviews, I was watching carefully. First off, he was unpleasant to and barked commands to his staff. Secondly, when a doctor of any kind tells you "it is great for you to be average" and then lectures you brusquely on all the ways your teeth can possibly cause you horrible trouble (in direct contradiction to many previous dentists) and then insults you to your face by suggesting how awful the chip in a front tooth youve have for 20 years looks to everyone and youd better get it fixed immediately, well, it is time to walk out and never come back for any of the four or five procedures this "professional" is trying to push on you. I only went because my crappy insurance is only taken by this guy. Now I know to get on a better health plan AND to never return to this arrogant person. Ive never felt preyed upon by a dentist. Now I have. Stay away if at all possible. Now I know why I got an appointment almost immediately.

Dont go. There are other places with much nicer dentist. He treats you like your a problem in his day instead of a patient/customer and isnt shy about telling you that. I left crying

I agree with the previous post. Very rude, condescending, and arrogant. I didnt leave crying but felt Id have go to another dentist soon to have my teeth cleaned again!

Was completely UNPROFESSIONAL - RUDE - ARROGANT - IM CALLING A REAL DENTIST TO REPAIR WHAT HE DID !! THEN A LAWYER !!
