The "Doctor" was on her cell phone during my entire visit having personal conversations. I came in to get prescription ear drops for a problem I regularly have. I needed the prescription because I had run out of my last prescription and had no refills. I knew this medication works very well for me (it clears up my problem within a couple of days) and simply needed to visit a doctor to receive a prescription. She didnt even know what this medication was (I gave it by name), and had to look it up. She also "discovered" another problem during my examination, but it was something I already knew about and already had medication for and I told her exactly this. She called in to the walmart pharmacy and, when I got there, I discovered that she had prescribed me pill form antibiotics, rather than ear drop form, and had also prescribed me something that I already have at home and use regularly...Like I had informed her. Its now been a week and I am out of the pill antibiotics and I am still not well. I will not be returning to this office and I heavily suggest you avoid this place and visit a real doctor.

Do not go to this place. Went in after three days of solid throwing up, diaghreaa , headache, body aches and fever. I had lost 9 pounds in just three days. Had been around other people that had been diagnosed with the flu with exact symptoms. I told the doctor and the doctor said that no one had seen any cases of the flu yet and that I did not have the flu. They did no even test for it. They did do a GI Culture which they said they would call back with the results. Three days later they still had not called back. I had to call and get results myself. The results showed no bacteria and I asked about the flu again and once again stated that I had been around people diagnosed with the flu. I was told that the test I had wouldnt show for the flu because it was a virus and not bacteria. They also told me there was nothing that could be given for the flu. Strange that in past years I was given prescribed medicine for it. Please do yourself a favor and if you need qualified medical attention do not go here.

In my opinion one star is to much I have been going there for well over a year they never get my meds right and they can never find what I take because its missing from the computer just last week I went there to get a Dot physical I was the first person and there was about seven people who came in after me so they tell me I was going to have to wait until they see them first so I told her forget that give me my medical records I will go somewhere else that I was done with this place so she said was not going to give them to add called the police for no reason it ended up costing me to days work so as far as Im concerned they can go to Hell

I have been there twice - once with my daughter with a possible broken finger and once myself for terrible cold. Both times were quality service - very nice staff, quick and easy and fast. I will go here first before anywhere else in Ashland City and before heading in to Nashville to wait in long emergency room visits. So glad we have this!!

Very slow service. Everybody sits in their office talking and gossiping while the patients sit in the rooms without a nurse or doctor coming to see them for upwards near an hour. theyll say sorry there were other patients even though I was obviously the only other person in the building. Should change their name to slug paced care facility.

I rolled in at 500, they close at 6. They were super caring and nice. Some people are rude when a patient comes in at least minute in other places. Got to to Walgreens right at 6 so I could pick up script. Very friendly and caring. Super good service. Paula Havelin, NP great

My whole family visits this clinic. The staff is polite, fast, and very helpful. I had one visit when my whole family was sick. They stuck us all in the same room, and made us feel comfortable. The prescription is called in accurate, and quickly.
