My husband and I have had a horrible experience with this place from the beginning. I called to schedule an appointment for my husband because he is unable to do so during working hours. They would not let me schedule an appointment for him. "Anyone over 18 has to schedule their own appointment." Its MY INSURANCE. Why does it matter who is scheduling it? I have never had this problem anywhere. I schedule all of his appointments. Well he urgently needed one so he called back and got one. Then, he goes and they wouldnt prescribe him a refill of his medicine that he has been on for 2+ years. We just moved to the area and he needed a refill before finding a permanent doctor that takes weeks for an appointment. Then after that, we get a bill, I paid it. Next month, get an identical bill. I call to make sure that we are square, one lady says they have no record of him then transfers me to a voicemail. I left a voicemail, but 35 hours later, I still have not heard back. I call at 4:50, get placed on hold for 10 minutes, to only be told that billing has left for the day. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately Dr. Naren has sold Collierville Family Health and moved away. The new owner is a nurse practitioner yet still introduces himself as doctor. I assume he has a PhD but if you are not an M.D., you are pushing the trust level by introducing yourself as "Doctor" in a clinical setting. The biggest problem with the sale is the lack of communication. Patients received no notification that the practice was being sold. When I showed up for my appointment, no one mentioned that Dr. Naren had sold the practice and that my health care was now to be watched over by a nurse practitioner. Dr. Naren is a fantastic doctor and will be missed but the way in which this sale took place seems very deceptive to current patients.

Ive been going to Collierville Family Health for about a year for my 1 year old since Dr. Naren was there. I miss her dearly, but Im also starting to like the new staff. Its taking my toddler a little longer to build a bond with them but I feel shes going to be ok. The staff always take their time whenever we have an appointment. Even when I have a hard time balancing out the appointments and my job schedule; they always go above and beyond to make sure Im able to make the appointment. I would recommend this family dr. to anybody whos looking for one.

Top family health clinic. Dr. Jones DNP is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to his patients and their needs. The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond the requirements. Clean facility. Would recommend to anyone.

I AM TRULY GRATEFUL FOR COLLIERVILLE FAMILY HEALTH. IT IS NICE TO KNOW THAT ANYTIME MY DAUGHTER IS SICK THEY WILL FIT HER IN THAT DAY! THE STAFF AND DR. JONES GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE US FEEL WELCOME AND I KNOW WE ARE IN GOOD CARE!
