Dr. Cobb has been absolutely wonderful during a tough time health wise for me. When I was experiencing multiple doctors and emergency room physicians dismissing me, he truly believed that something was wrong and kept reassuring me that we would find out what was going on. After finally figuring out what the diagnosis was, the subsequent hospital stay, and adjusting to my new "normal" he has been so fantastic and patient with me. The transition from being a young and completely healthy person who only goes to their PCP for a physical every year on zero medicines to someone who has a chronic disease that requires frequent doctor visits and on multiple medications has been hard to get used to and Dr. Cobb has fantastic. He is straight to the point and he does not sugar coat things. I do not care about having a physician who makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, I care about having someone who is thorough and gets the job done and he does just that.

My husband and I use to go to Lifesigns in Brentwood but they closed that location. The closest is in Memphis. So, I was trying to find ourselves a doctor that we can start going to regularly year after year. We just want to come for an annual check unless we have a more urgent concern. We went in thinking we were going to have a physical but it was more going over health history and blood work nothing more. I left not knowing any costs of anything. I was not taken to the front desk to check out. There was not one person who told me their name except the Doctor. I filled out my paperwork but then was still asked all the questions that I just answered on paper and the nurse asked if there was another name for prenatal vitamin because she couldnt find it to add to my information. Just not what we were expecting for an annual physical especially for a new patient visit. Felt as if we were just a patients to collect money from.

My husband has a condition that has thickened his blood to a syrup like state. Tried to get him seen today and the nurse has told us that" over the phone" both doctors gave a diagnosis of a sinus infection for what my husband is going through and he should just go to a walk in clinic. They were "too busy and its a Friday", i was told. They must have excellent medical malpractice insurance! Neither of us will go to this clinic again. We had chosen them to be our primary care phasicians since ee were new to the area. Not anymore! Stay away from this place if caring and competency are what you are looking for in doctors for your family health. Like they said " go to a walk in clinic" Amanda Mckean

My experience has been somewhat consistent with others. Dr Cobb portrays a genuine concern, but that changed over time. The office staff was, by far, the worst part of the experience. There is much more I could get into, but lets just say that when you are involved in an accident, you really find out who the good Doctors are in your life. My experience here when I really needed medical care and advice, outside of a physical and fill in the blanks medicine, this was not the place for me nor can I recommend it to anyone. If you need to visit someone once a year for a check up and blood work, then this office will be just fine. For a true Doctor patient relationship, Id look elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cobb for a couple of years now. I an diabetic and Dr. Cobb has taken very good care of me. He is always glad to see me and shows concern for my health and welfare. He can also be firm if you are not taking care of your health. His staff has always been professional and helpful. My wife, our daughter, her husband and our son are also patients of Dr. Cobb. Dr. Cobb has been my familys physician for 12 years. He has provided excellent care for my entire family. Dr. Cobb goes above and beyond the call of duty. When my son was a teenager, he became sexually active. Dr. Cobb had a 45 minutes conversation with my son about making wise decisions. My son is now in the Intelligence Program in the Navy. Dr Cobb over prescribed a medication that led to kidney damage. His new office manager & I didnt get along either. Her staff failed to bill my insurance for a visit and sent me the bill. I called and paid it over the phone and she still contacted the credit bureau and had it put on my credit. I am still debating on hiring an attorney.

The annual checkup was very thorough and completed in a professional manner while in a friendly sociable way which made it feel as a personal as well as a medical visit. There were numerous questions asked to determine my physical, mental, and social well-being.
