I LOVE our pediatrician, however she unfortunately works for a place that cant seem to get their act together. Every time I have scheduled or made an appointment here for my now 6month old son, the front reception staff has been rude and impolite. Our wait time is always long and we usually end up waiting past our appointment time to be called back to see them. (I understand getting busy, but someone should say something like your wait may be a little longer today, theyre a little back logged.) The most recent expierence has happened over the course of the past week. I initially tried calling earlier this week to schedule an appointment and the automated system answered and I was placed on hold for over an hour and a half. I then hung up thinking they had forgotten about me or took calls out of order. I was again placed On hold for over 30 minutes. Fast forward to this morning, I called trying to schedule an appointment for my sons wellness check and guess what! I actually got somebody, what a surprise! A lady named Brenda would not even schedule anything with me. I was open to scheduling out too. She said all the open spots were for people who may call in sick needing an appointment and that I could call back in a week or two and schedule it for June. There is still quite a few days left In May and you cant even find one appointment? She didnt even ask which doctor I was looking to get in with or anything so how do you know what the availability is for that doctor? I honestly consider this very rude as an established patient and feel as though she jut wanted to get off the phone. I will schedule one last appointment to see my pediatrician and tell her we will be leaving so she is aware the paperwork will end up needing to be sent somewhere new and how appreciative we are of her. But outside of that, I will be looking elsewhere.

These people are incredibly rude. We were new patients there. They rescheduled my physical twice, even though I informed them I have kidney disease and need refills on my prescription. They would not try to get me in sooner. Then when they call to remind me of my appointment, the lady rudly told me I had to be 30mins early to go over paperwork with the doctor, however, it will be like when I took my children and we waited in the waiting room for 30mins while the "doctor" aka resident still in school went over our files in her office. Then the secretary said that if I am even 1 min late they would cancel my appointment and not reschedule me for 6 months. They do not know the meaning of customer service. I had no intention of being late for my being 30 mins early to my appointment and her tone of voice was completely uncalled for. I dont know where health care professionals get off thinking that they do not work for the customer. If you can, find somewhere else to go.

THEY NEVER HAVE SAME DAY APPTS /SICK APPOINTMENTS! Very strict on their check in times . Ive called every morning the past 2 weeks to get my newborn an appointment for her weight check and follow ups were full on appts. So they made me an appt for her first follow up and she is 3 weeks now and when I got there apparently I was 8 minutes late of the check in time and they couldnt see us. I told her she is a newborn and hasnt had one follow up from the hospital and needed to be seen. Nope still couldnt see her. They never have same day acute patient appointments . I had balls of tears flowing down my cheeks bc I tried so hard to get that appt. after she saw I was crying she said I can ask the dr I told her just forget it Im looking for a new doctor! DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY NEVER HAVE APPTS : SICK PT APPOINTMENTS!! I found a new pediatrician and theyre seeing us tomorrow thank god.

Dr Jeffers is the worst doctor Ive ever seen. Hes anti-breastfeeding and has shamed me multiple times for breastfeeding my now 9 month old. He has shamed me for not making my son "cry it out" and has blatantly walked away from me laughing when I concerned about my sons weight. He is very rude and definitely not up to date with WHO and AAP guidelines! If I could give this 0 stars I would

Dr Maher is a bleep bleep idiot..because of his malpractice my mom now has congestive heart failure. NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR EVER...I WOULDNT EVEN GO TO THIS PLACE PERIOD. Telling a person there is nothing they can do for a-fib which is a fat lie caused her heart to beat out of rhythm for over a year. I hope Dr. Maher dies a horrible death for what hes done to my family.

Had the worst experience with the Ultrasound technician yesterday. It was suppose to be a exciting experience, but it left me terrified and with questions afterward. Extremely disappointed with my visit and still dont know why my first ultrasound was at the summit where everything went amazing and then this one was scheduled at the clinic.

I agree the people that work there are very rude...and dont get me wrong I know it takes time to see someone. I had to call in three times and went in twice after just having a baby. They need to realize that there for the people not themselves....I wish there was a closer place or I would take me and my child somewhere else.

My Dr is fantastic and the nurses are quick and efficient. Can be hard to get in same day, but I feel they do their best to accommodate.

Very annoying that I can at 8:10 am and there phone lines are still not open!!!! Going to change my family doctor. Dont use this clinic
