Dr. Syfrett and his staff bend over backwards to help patients and their families. We began bringing our beagle to Dr. Syfrett in 2009. When she was 13 and it got time to talk about her quality of life, we were faced with an extremely hard decision. As she was my baby, I wanted to do anything we could to keep her here with us but had to also respect that the quality of life she was sustaining was not good. Not only Dr. Syfrett, but also Lizzie, his receptionist/office manager took great care of not only her, but me. If it werent for Lizzie, I would not have done as well in handling the decisions we made over the next month and I appreciate her a lot for that. I also bring our cats to South Park Veterinary Clinic. Last year, one of our cats came home with a broken back leg. We found him like this over Labor Day weekend. I called Dr. Syfrett and he met us at his office immediately to treat the cat. Not only did we come home with our cats leg in a cast, we also brought home a new kitten that he gave to my children - a brother to their office cat. Six weeks later our cats leg had healed and he had a new best friend in the new kitten. Our children LOVE riding with our animals to the vets office to see Dr. Syfrett, Lizzie and Cody. Dr. Syfrett and his staff are always approachable for them. For these reasons and so many more, we love South Park Vet Clinic!!

Doc Syfrett and his staff are amazing! Their kind and compassionate, no nonsense approach to helping our pets is what continually has our family recommending their hospital. Their receptionist Lizzie has been so kind to us when we lost a family pet. Having owned pets all my life, vets are a necessity. When Lizzie called us,she was trying to get in touch with our neighbor/friend to remind him about some meds that had been ordered for his horse, we knew this vet clinic was definitely caring. She took the time to note that we were neighbors and knew the medication was very important for this particular horse. Dr. Robert showed such kindness and understanding when we had to call him for our rescue horses. I would recommend this vet clinic to everyone. Even when they are super busy, you are greeted with a smile and a heartfelt hello when you walk in the door.

Dr. Syfrett, Mrs. Lizzy & Mr. Cody have been there from the beginning of my large animal adventures and have encouraged me to learn as much as I can. They are absolutely the BEST veterinarian clinic in the world and I LOVE them!!!! When you go there they make you family, they get to know your pet and remember them as well. They are good old fashioned country folks who understand the life of living on a farm. They dont belittle any animal of any sort. I also really appreciate Dr. Syfrett giving his advice on what he would do if it was his animal. That helps so much when you are in a situation and dont know what way you should go. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!

Been here several times - mostly because its close to where I live. The Dr is okay. doesnt seem to like felines much. My main problem is the receptionist lady up front. She is not a very nice person at all, infact she has a perpetually mean and irritable facial expression each time I go in there. Not to just me, but to her female co-worker as well...Its beyond rude. Your mood should NOT dictate your manners!

When it came time to let our 12 year old dachshund cross over the rainbow bridge, they were the most caring and compassionate, from the phone call throughout the process. They treated our little Susie with the utmost care and respect. I highly recommend these wonderful and caring people. Sam and I Thank you for your sincere kindness.

We have 5 dogs and wouldnt take them anywhere else. We lost our Katie back in February and the staff was so kind and thoughtfully. Lizzy walked me to my car and gave me the best hug and called the next day to check on us. You guys are The Best!

Dr was great and very helpful!! Receptionist lady could have a better attitude with the elderly people and people in general. Thats the first face people see when they come in look a little happier and be in a better mood. Ourwise great place
